I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!

All went well during my recently scheduled maintenance on my Audi S5 sport car. The specific person, Richard, that was the head of my maintenance work was very easy to communicate with during the process. We used telephone and texting to communicate. I think I will be set until next year now. This was the 2nd time I used this location for service on my car. Planning to use them again next year!

The one star review is for one reason only, the rest of the experience was good, they were fast and efficient in all respects, BUT they called and advised me that I needed a new in cabin air filter, it was expensive but I told them to go ahead. When I pick up my truck, it stunk like going down a VERY intense detergent row at the store, and Im very sensitive to smells, I started home and turned around in less than five minutes with a headache and watering eyes, took it back to service department and was basically told, there was nothing they could do, and it would dissipate, I sure hope they are right

I am sure that the usual response will be “we’re sorry for your bad experience,” but this isn’t about apologies—it’s about doing things right. I feel compelled to recommend the Sales Department instead, as they know how to do their job properly.

Jeff and the Team at Paradise Chevrolet were great. I was scheduled for a routine maintenance service, but we added some minor things to the service queue. Jeff told me up front it would take a little extra time, but they were able to handle it in a timely manner. I waited at the dealership and enjoyed looking at other vehicles since my son is in the market for a Colorado or Canyon truck. I've been coming to Paradise for 25+ years and have no reason to change as I do have many other choices based on where I work/travel. Paradise Chevrolet, Jeff Hunt and the Service Team are AWESOME!!
