Under new management, the dealership is experiencing adjustment issues. The push for customers to leave their vehicles annoys me, but is understandable due to the heavy workload and lack of organizatio adjustment issues. We have purchased several cars from Advantage Ford and Lincoln and had our cars serviced there for over 20 years, never has the service been as bad as it was yesterday. Marco is a super helpful service representative. Nothing but praise for him. However, they had our vehicle for over 2 weeks to repair 2 different recalls and an oil leak they found on the inspection Nothing but praise for him. However, they had our vehicle for over 2 weeks to repair 2 different recalls and an oil leak they found on the inspection. I can't help but think that it took longer for our vehicle to get done because repairs were covered under our warranty. Also, this dealership does not provide loaner vehicles which created a massive inconveinance for us. We were offered a rental a week into the process, but that seems crazy for us to pay for a rental car because of an incredibly slow repair time. I also have several friends who have had similar experiences like ours. More
