Henry has always provided accurate information and timely updates during the service, in addition to arranging for a loaner vehicle when necessary. Henry has arranged for some in-depth consultations with Porsche specialists concerning setup and use of the PCM when necessary. It is always a pleasure to work with Henry and to know that my car is getting excellent service.

I have to say Kris Assad is one of the best car salesman out there. Being a very loyal BMW customer, I tried Mercedes and will say I will never be going back to them. Mercedes corporate customer service is horrible. I was thinking about returning to BMW but decided to check out Porsche and so happy I did. Kris made the whole process very seamless. Kris was very attentive in making sure I test drove all the vehicles in order to compare, insuring I got a vehicle that was well suited for my lifestyle. When it came to negotiations on the price, I felt he worked really hard to accommodate our ask. Getting a new vehicle has always been very stressful for me but can say this time around it was a smooth process. I can't say enough positive things about Kris and highly recommend him.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.
