Bought a new car from them and it was one of the worst... - Bakersfield Customer
Bought a new car from them and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. We negotiated a price on the phone, but when I went there in person they made it seem like the price was still the same but it’s not. I was made to pay thousands of dollars more for the car when I only choose this dealer because of the deal that I was supposed to get. When asked about change, they said that they couldn’t do it and that the first seller I talked to was lying, but I was never informed of the new price while in the dealership. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them to work with me about changing the price, signing a new contract or something but they just kept putting me on hold. I have got no one picking up my calls for days or the manager picking up and giving me an offer but never following through with it. The last straw was him telling me to come in on a specific day to sign a new contract and was supposedly out for the whole day because he was in an unexpected meeting. I decided to just get a check for the extended warranty that they added without asking (they even told me I can cancel it myself if I didn’t want it, but how could I even do that if they don’t want to submit the paperworks) and when I texted that to the manager, he replied within seconds of my text. That’s when I knew, he was just playing with me and was never really going to do anything. I’m going to take this as an expensive lesson learned and hope no one else will fall for their lies.
So my advice with this dealership is don’t do it. You would get cheated, put on hold, played and in the end they don’t care. So don’t buy a car here.
