I did not go to the AutoNation service center in Roseville. I went to the Ram truck service center on industrial Avenue in Roseville that Kolin bloom manages. He manages the satellite facility that primarily does Ram trucks and vans and has taken personal ownership in how the service center works and puts in long, dedicated hours. It's unfortunate that the number of vehicles he has in the storage lot is so high due to a lack of parts support from the manufacturer. That's really unfair to the customers who don't get their vehicles back in any timely fashion. But if he has the parts he does a great job with only six technicians. He needs to be complimented.

We were on vacation and our check engine light came on which stopped us almost dead in our tracks abour 650 miles from home. We were incredibly lucky to have this happen within less than 1/2 mile from from a GREAT TEAM at Lake Elsinore CDJR Dealership. The experience started off on a high note with the Service Advisor, Gary, and it never went down from there. Even when Gary was not available all the other Service Advisors were able to help me quickly and efficiently. The downside was one of the failed parts was not in stock. The upside is that Jose (Service Mgr and a Marine) along with his part dept and auto maintenance people, did everything they could to get us back on the road asap, which was a 3 day stay in a hotel close by. It could have been worse had it not been for Gary and the other Service team members working together to get us back on the road. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!!

I have honestly had some of the worst experiences at this Jeep dealership in the past — to the point that it was almost traumatic dealing with the service and the sales department there. Because of that, I was very hesitant to come back but it was close to me so I went again. However, this time was completely different, and that was entirely because of Mr. Benny. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. I truly appreciated how helpful and respectful he was throughout the entire process. Mr. Benny is seriously the best person at this dealership. His customer service is outstanding, and he completely changed my experience. From now on, I will always go directly to him. The only problem that I had was the dealership couldn’t get the part for my car but they kept trying and finally were able to get it a 2 week repair needed over 4 weeks to complete but we really didn’t need the car due to the fact that we are both retired now.
