I had an appointment, we arrived nothing was ready. The salesman got the Cadillac SRX out that my wife and I wanted to see. Salesman told us no reasonable offer would be refused . Test drove the car rode OK interior had some problems . Decided to look at the others SRX's they had two. After they jumped started one of them . We decided to make offer on one we liked. All there vehicles had rebuilt titles from salvage titles . To hey said they could show us damage pictures. There was one picture that didn't focus on damage of the car I made appointment to see. The car we wanted also showed damage one picture not really focus on damage. We made a reasonable offer , to fine out the price on vehicles is the reasonable offer by Carfax . I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone

I had any amazing shopping experience with Flagstaff Auto Exchange. They have many great CPO vehicles to pick from, they all came with warranties and carfax reports. I had somewhat iffy credit but they were able to get me approved for a 4.5% rate and the payments I had asked for. It was a super easy and simple process. The car has been great since I bought it and I will definitely be back!

Key West was highly recommended by several friends of mine so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out. I can not say enough outstanding things about this dealership. Not only are the vehicles absolutely gorgeous the prices are VERY reasonable! More importantly, the service was top-notch. We dealt primarily with the sales representative, Moses, and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. My boyfriend does not have the best credit but between Frank and Moses, they were able to get him into the car he wanted at a price we couldn’t resist. They offered many programs and went out of their way to make sure we were 200% satisfied. If I could give a million stars, I would. We had an amazing experience with a fantastic company. Highly recommended.

At Magic Auto Sales in Little Ferry they have nice cars. I bought a nice Volvo XC60 this past week and I think I got screwed. They made me pay for a vehicle warranty contract for 24,000 miles or 2 years for $2750 that Capital One required. They insisted that the warranty would cover engine and transmission problems. They don't let you see de details of the warranty until you signed. After I signed I saw that the warranty is Level 2. Guess what, doesn't cover engine or transmission. Level 2 covers air conditioning, brakes, electrical, steering and suspension. When I told them not to include the warranty, the salesperson told me that the interest rate was going to go up and I will be paying more fees as per Capital One. I insisted that I didn't what the gap insurance and the salesperson told me that he was going to pay for it. Guess what, they included on the price. On a piece of paper they gave me the price for the car for 19,900 and on the contract they listed the car for 21,673 (not $19,900). I got screwed with the price, the warranty and the gap insurance that I didn't want. They don't let you see the real break down until you signed. The salesperson gave me the breakdown of the price on a piece of paper with other numbers written down by hand. The car should had been for $5,000 less. I got screwed!

They sold me a car and a 3 month extended warranty. After the second month I learned the car needed a 2,000 repair and they told me "tough luck". They would not honor the warranty. Business with these people is never transparent. They sell lemons that work for the first couple of months. My car mechanic told me they tried to cover up the damage so the car would only run till the end of the warranty. The car ended up costing me way more. Ross Automotive is bad business.

Heard these guys on the 101 the beat and went down there this week. Drove off with a 08 dodge caliber. My rep Kevin was really funny and helpful. I had read a couple of mixed reviews about these guys before going in so I was a little skeptical. When I asked kevin about the cars, he offered a car fax and told me about the extended warranty program they have. I ended up getting my payments at 375 a month, would have like a little lower but I wanted to get one of the newer cars, so I guess I cant complain too much.It looks like anyone who complains was too dumb to purchase a extended warranty. LOL, Some ppl expect a used car to never have a problem. But its a used car, i can get that.

Well I just bought a Jeep Wrangler X from Truckmasters. It was a awesome experience. My salesman, Geoff Chambers, was GREAT. SUPER easy to work with. None of that car salesman BS. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, quick. My entire time from walking in to owning the car and leaving took 40 mins. Colin Watters, the sales manager was direct and fast. No nonsense. Jackie in finance was professional, quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. My Wrangler is just top notch. It looks showroom new. Their inspections and extra work to bring it up to their standards really stood out. It was a terrific value. Overall my entire experience was outstanding and really a LOT better then other dealerships I went to.
