I purchased a 2019 Nissan GT-R on March 24th, and everything was great up until they had my money. After 10 days of no response asking where my car was (should have been delivered to me), I get a call saying the car was left outside and stolen off their lot. They assure me that I will be made whole and taking care of etc. Then nothing. 3.5 weeks straight of calling, emailing, texting, I am ghosted and cannot get a response from anyone at the dealership. Only after I get an attorney involved and threaten to sue them, we get a response. Here I am over 6 MONTHS later still fighting with them and their insurance company trying to get my money back. It is absolutely insane the stories, excuses, and delays they have created to avoid paying me back my money. Legally, they are 100% liable for the cost, but the attempts at trying to screw me over have been unbelievable. More

The photo had poor white balance. On a monitor with a high-quality color separation, it was impossible to tell. They never responded to the two questions asked, just sending me a phone number to call. This same response was sent 4 times, despite me asking those same questions. I buy almost everything online. It is a waste of my time to talk to a salesperson for such easy questions. Then I dug deeper into multiple online reviews, I saw why they weren't forthcoming. They have terrible reviews with all kinds of complaints before, and especially after a sale. There number is now in the trash. I found a great dealer online who immediately exchanged useful emails. Yesterday I bought and am now in possession of a beautiful Ferrari. Cars.com and Lapin just wasted my time. Stay away! More
