Maria and Stuart in service took such good care of me. A bad aftermarket hitch install caused significant damage to my electrical (sensor) system and the service team worked diligently to resolve the issues. Even when it was thought repaired and I had additional issues, Maria and Stuart never missed a beat, taking the Outback in without hesitation and fixed it up great!

Easy to get an appointment. The agent knew why I was as there at checkin and communicated all the way thru. I hasn’t mentioned it was time for a maintenance visit, but they offered to get that done while I was there. Very helpful. Also cleaned the car before I left.

We just bought a new Outback from the dealer in Flagstaff. Evan was the excellent member of Staff who took us through the process. I really liked his manner. He was very knowledgeable but if he couldn't answer a question straight out he checked and came back with the answer. He explained well. We never felt he rushed or pushed more guided just what you want from a Sales person. Knowledge, guidance, care and not hard sell but attention to what you as the customer are seeking. Not only would I buy from this dealership again but would hope to get Evan to guide us. The dealership manager was also very helpful. New car buying is a lot of money you want to feel a good experience - it was here with Evan. I would recommend Evan Luthye as the sales representative to ask for.
