I went in for routine oil change and maintenance. Concerns were found with cracked bushings and needed replacement. Service tech was able to stay late and replace them the same day. Jerry found they were still covered under warranty with me only paying the deductible. The whole team saved me time, money, and kept me safe and comfortable.

Asked if they gave a car wash after service,service writer said yes,but half the detail dept was on vacation and they were short handed in the service area and could not do a wash. If I was a new customer coming in and wanted to buy a new car that day,would you tell me you couldn't sell the car because you were short handed on sales people,I think the answer should have been we are short handed today but will get to it asp,or had give me a coupon for a wash at some other place.

Service took a fair bit longer than expexted/planned (3hrs for a 4-wheel alignment & MPI), although some extra time was after some recommended work. Joel was very nice. While waiting for my initial service to be completed, another person (not sure if advisor or another service employee who was not my advisor, Joel) came up to me to tell me my battery was good, but my rear brakes were shot, no MPI sheet or video. A couple minutes later though, Joel messaged me to let me know my service was done and as a result of my MPI, my brakes were still good, but my battery was weak...confusing and no MPI sheet.
