We would definitely recommend this dealer for purchasing a new or used Nissan and having it serviced by the competent staff there. We also highly recommend the Nissan line of cars. They perform very well in all types of weather and are extremely dependable. We must add that whenever our car was in for service, it was always ready before the quoted time needed. LeSueur has become my go to service center for my VW for several years now. I drive down from Prescott to utilize their services. My first experience was having a timing belt changed in an older VW Jetta diesel. They did the work for significantly less that the original dealer proposed. My second experience was with a balky a/c unit on my VW passat wagon diesel. Again I went to the original dealer -- they charged me $125 for diagnostics, recommended either a complete replacement of the a/c (about $1,500) or trade the car in. Decided to check with LeSueur. They kept the car for nearly a day trying to figure out the problem and ultimately replaced a $5 part and charged me less than the diagnostic at the other dealer. Has worked fine since that date about 3 years ago. I had one other more serious issue one time. A part LeSueur installed on my old VW failed. It was a failure due to a manufacturing defect in the replacement part, it had nothing to do with LeSueur's work. The failure caused some additional damage to the car. LeSueur stood behind its work and the part and took care of the entire repair cost with no hassle. It was the single best experience I ever had with a dealer and showed their integrity and honesty, something that you can't put a price on. I highly recommend LeSueur for its honesty, fairness and integrity. The employees I have met have all been professional and helpful. I have great confidence in this dealer.

We have a 2015 Ram w50p 5.7 hemi. We have been taking our truck to Flagsaff. We lived in Rimrock. Our tech Jon Vance at planet dodge in Flagstaff is amazing. We have had alot of issues. Jon made sure to communicate to me about everything that was going on. The only thing is that it took 2 1/2 months to get our truck fixed. We recently moved to Kingman. Our service tech here is Mike Rodgers. He went out of his way to call Jon in Flagstaff to get the whole load down of our truck. He communicated with me on what was being done and what parts we were waiting for. I appreciate that he kept me up to date. He made sure we had a rent a car for when our truck went back in. If in need I will be using Mike Ridgers here in Kingman. He is honest, polite, and knowledgeable about his position at .Martin Swanty. He is a great asset to this company. My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) Coffee and snacks available and plenty of space to sit and read or watch TV as I waited. I was informed along the way how things were going with my car. They finished before the specified time and they made sure EVERYTHING was working as it should before I left the dealership. My 2013 Sportage had a check engine light appear. My first thought was that this would end up costing me lots of time and money. My service advisor, Tyler K. was extremely forthright about everything. In the end, after running an OBD scan and other testing it was a false check engine reading. I paid nothing (zero) dollars for this visit to the service department. It is so refreshing to work with honest people. I could have been charged for any number of services but not so at Sands. Ricardo Garcia is an amazing Service Advisor, at Acura, he took care of me from beginning to end. I made an appointment for an oil change and requested to see him as he had helped me a a while back with a recall. He was very professional and personable so I requested to work with him again. While there my vehicle was inspected and a nail was found in one of my tires , no air was leaking yet but it could not be fixed. I was advised to purchase a new tire and change my air filters. I also had a crack in my windshield and hoped that would be taken care of while there ( or at least get the process started ). I live about an hour away from the dealership and was prepared to drive back another day to get all the work done as I needed my car for work the following day. To my surprise , Ricardo loaned me a vehicle, therfore I was able to leave my car and have all issues taken care of including my windshield ! I was so impressed by the level of service provided by Ricardo that I bragged about it to my coworkers who shared with me their not so fortunate stories about other dealership service centers they'd worked with and did not come close to level of service provided by Acura of North Scottdale Service Center. I'm very happy I purchased my vehicle here and would recommend this dealership and Ricardo to anyone I know.
