Each time I come in for service, whether it's scheduled or emergency, Tyler has always been such a big help! He breaks down everything that needs to happen and the why of it. He goes into detail just so I understand everything that's going on with my vehicle. He's even gone as far to sit with me (and all my questions) so I could better track and compile data (for my own use) to estimate and plan for future service. I am completely at ease when I take my car in to him, because I know all the necessary issues will be handled accordingly and within budget.

The available appointment times and drop off options are always the most convenient. Evan is always prompt and professional when I drop off my truck for service. He is thorough when discussing the recommended Ford Maintenance options and pricing. He always assures me, as best he can, the service timing, and maintains text communication to keep me updated on completion time. I appreciate Evans patience and attention to detail. The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. They took care of my vehicle in less than the time they quoted me. Offered to provide me with a Lift in case I needed any thing done in the time I was waiting. They also pointed out some items that I needed taken care of and offered to repair then which I didn’t do because I have my own mechanic. But best of all, they offer good coffee while you wai. 😂

This is the 2nd time in two years, my 2023 Telluride has had a complete failure of the Navigation system following a KIA update flashed on my screen - ending in update failure and loss of all media functions, cameras, alert sensors and a Terrible Static blast that can’t be turned off WITHOUT stopping and turning motor off and restarting car. Matt Moore, Service Manager, was great both times doing what he could to help resolve the issue in both cases. He is who keeps me loyal to KIA. I DO HOPE, the issue has finally been resolved and I can continue supporting Royal Kia. Thank you Matt. .. and KIA.

Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery! I am the proud owner of a 2015 Audi A3. This is my first Audi or luxury car and I had a lot to learn about maintenance and care that goes into these phenomenal vehicles. I started having an issue with my turbo so I did what any good Audi owner would do and took it to Audi Gilbert. I met with Scott P., the service manager, he did confirm my turbo needed replacement. I was devastated, thinking I wouldn’t be able to come up with the funding to take care of it but due to Scott and all the staff at Audi Gilbert my A3 qualified for a warranty and my turbo was replaced. Scott even was able to get me a loaner while they worked on my car. Scott called and told me she was ready to be picked up and she’s never driven more beautifully. I wanted to thanks Scott and the hard-working technicians and all the staff at Audi Gilbert. Their customer service was impeccable. They kept me posted every step of the way during the process. Audi Gilbert went above and beyond my expectations Thank you so much for a GREAT experience at your dealership!!!
