I was at the dealership for a 12 months 12,000 mile warranty check up. I arrived about 15 minutes early had to wait about 15 minutes before they took the car but I waited in the comfort of my own car so it wasn’t a problem. Service took a bit longer than I anticipated but there were a lot of cars in line waiting for service that morning. Oh no, it was a good experience, I live in Casa grande, Arizona.
