The folks in the service department at Benton Nissan are the BEST! I had an appointment for brake inspection and to check the tire air (admittedly two fairly minor items but important none the less!). They were so nice and did a great job letting me know the status of my brakes and tires, and testing the tire pressure so that I would feel safe on my upcoming lengthy driving trip. Besides always being friendly and courteous, I really appreciate how thorough they always are.

I had the best customer service through the whole experience at Hallmark Nissan. I went in for car service/repair. A lovely young lady, Hannah was very polite, patient and kind. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. Best customer service ever.

I purchased my Nissan Sentra in metro Atlanta. When I moved here to Columbus, I took my vehicle to the Nissan dealership 'which will remain nameless' for service. The experience was not pleasant. The staff was downright rude. The next time my car needed servicing I called the nearest one to where I live, which is Lynch Nissan in Auburn, AL. The person that answered the phone was VERY pleasant. Everyone that works there has excellent customer service. It will be worth it to cross the Chattahoochee river to have my car serviced.

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.
