I drove from Shalimar Fl (103 miles) to see this specific truck. A 2026 Honda Ridgeline, Black Edition in white. They had it, I wanted it. They gave me a lot for my 2020 Honda Rtl-E. They/Danielle let me negotiate the trade amount without a hassle! Bravo! Ambree let me negotiate my extended warranty package, 8 yr/120k miles. I got the truck i wanted at a fair price! Thankyou

In May of 2025 my son’s old car stopped working. It was a time where used cars were expensive and hard to come by. We were looking online and at different dealerships when we found a Honda CRV at King Honda. However, by the time I made a move, the car was already sold. My friend hat purchased her vehicle from King Honda and spoke highly of this dealership. So we drove to Opelika to see what we could find. David was the sales person. They had a Honda CRV that was a little more expensive than I had in mind. We looked at it, but I wanted to rethink the purchase. David told me that vehicles like this go fast and I should put a down payment on it. I decided to wait. However, the next day I acted on it and told him I would like to purchase it. I couldn’t find a ride to the dealership. No problem, David picked me up in Columbus, GA. The sale went very smooth and professional. They even found a financial institution for the loan. When I got in the car the tire light was on. I was assured that everything was ok and checked out. The car was sold as is. Driving the car home was no problem. My OCD son was happy, but found a speck on the sealing. He got in touch with King Honda. Since allot of his friends are mechanics and he is overly picky, he heard some noises. Back to the dealership and a possible $180 to get the car checked. They kept the car for a few days, cleaned the speck on the sealing and found some issues when I got a call from Mr. King himself. He told me that he had taken care of the issues and there was no charge for the repairs. Wow! What can I say. Mr. King of King Honda and all it employees provided excellent customer service! I can wholeheartedly recommend this business. I really appreciated it! Thank you so much! Ricarda Randall

They were pleasant , courteous and professional in their negotiations with me. Overall very good buying experience. I'd like to note this is not my first rodeo, If all car purchasing transaction went like this, buying a new car would be better for all. I'm not easily persuaded, but I have to say I strongly recommend this dealership.

Reneged on the deal! I got a price on a white HR-V 2024 but i don't like white so i asked if they had one in a different color. They asked what i preferred. I said how about that dark green. I learned it's called Nordic Green. They said that color was an up charge. I say how much he says about 500.00. I asked my wife, On the phone , while he was listening, if she wanted to pay 500 more for color . She said okay so i said okay add the cost of the paint. Next day they can't get the green so i say ok subtract the color charge from the price and ill get the black one. THEY SAY NO , WE WERE GETTING SUCH A GREAT DEAL WE STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THE COLOR WE WERE NOT GETTING. Of course they say how honest they are but they clearly reneged on the deal. To recap 1.) We made a deal on regular color 2.) we made a second deal on up charge for color 3.) they would not subtract the up charge to get the regular color. 4.) deals off. 5.) I talked to my wife to get her impression of what they said on speaker phone over the last few days. She was shocked that they added for color the would not remove up charge. 6.) fundamentally dishonest dealing.

Just car shopping Honda Fit and Civic. Stopped at Grissom and talked with salesperson Lisa Fornes. She spent a lot of time with us, checked every question we asked, we took both cars on test rides over all kinds of roads from city to highway, potholes, backroads, etc. We got a great sample of how both vehicles handled (they are very different) Very attentive and friendly, Lisa really represented this dealership (and Honda) well! We haven't purchased yet, but hope if we choose Honda that we can work the deal with Lisa at Grisson.
