From my first internet inquiry to my final drive-off, the dealership was amazing. Sherelle Holly was my sales consultant and she guided me through the whole process without any hitches. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and everything including my trade-in was closed in less than an hour. Pat and Alaina were great with arranging special pricing and rebates that led to a hassle-free transaction. In the end I saved over $8,000 from my quote at a competing dealer, and I got to work with a great team of people at Moyer Ford. Came in for a recall and to get the paint protection coat applied on my vehicle. Anthony Fields, the Service Advisor, really came through for me—hooked me up with a free detail! I was fully expecting to have to pay to get the outside cleaned before they could apply the protection, but he made it happen at no extra cost. Super chill, super helpful. 10/10 service. Hope this free detail thing keeps happening because I am not complaining!

Was 3rd car in line that morning sit there for 3 hours when she got home tires had not been rotated because I marked one so I could tell . We always brought our fords no matter where we bought them to Ekenrod because there service department was best around but will not be back they have went down hill since changing to long lewis.

The Service Dept was excellent, at one time earning The President's Award but now, I doubt they could compete for the President's Award in Somalia. In In several instances it has taken them weeks and more than one visit to fix an issue with my car and now that she's not under warranty I get dismissed with comments about the car bein "obsolete". As for loaners, only way on that list is to put the car in then wait for a loaner to become available, with new car/warranty owners having priority on a list that's at least 6+ weeks long. I've recently started looking as my options for a new car but one thing if for sure, Stiver's Ford will not be the dealer I get it from.
