He was reasonable when we were negotiating a lease price. Even after we signed the paper work and the deal was over, he spent almost two additional hours with us explaing how to customize the settings on the vehicle to meet our needs. Over all Kyle is an excellent person to work with. What blew me away was that he has called twice since the purchase to make sure we didn’t have any more questions about the vehicle. Both times he was able walk us through and answer the questions we had. He was kind and genuinely a good person that cares. He was not forceful, and he didn’t rush us to make a purchase. Scott Cooley the Financial employee was difficult to work with. I understand it is his job to make money and negotiate extra deals, however his sales tactics and verbiage used during the final interview for purchasing the vehicle were forceful and uncomfortable. He provides additional insurance options. All the options to me were overpriced. He was doing his job by offering the options but failed to say that I didn't have to select any of the options. Only after losing my temper and getting ready to walk out he said I had the choice to decline the additional coverage. I was able to get similar coverage with my current insurance agent at a fraction of the price he was offering. More

She is knowledgeable, tries her best to make it a pleasent experience and starts the shopping experience by presenting the car of choice front and center in front of the dealership ready for a test drive. I’ve never had a salesperson do that before. She rides along pointing out the features of the car making sure that the test drive experience is full and complete. I felt that she represented me in getting the best possible price and she responded to all my requests and concerns promptly. She is pleasent to deal with and is sincere in attitude and relationships. More
