Terrible Service Experience We had a warranty repair of a shock and they fought us on covering it under warranty. When they finally completed the repair, they tried to charge us We had a warranty repair of a shock and they fought us on covering it under warranty. When they finally completed the repair, they tried to charge us for the service. Someone working on our sequoia poked a hole in the leather on the middle console arm rest. When I went back to show them, the service manager tried to downplay the damage by saying: “Oh, this tiny hole”. They promised to replace the armrest and then never ordered the parts. After two months of phone calls and David telling us the parts were on the way I finally went in to find out they never ordered the parts. They then tried to say they were going to search for a used part for the replacement. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealer and I cringe every time I have to take my car in for service. More
