Service for my Subaru I'm very pleased with the service (oil changes, tire rotation, general maintenance) I have received on my Outback Subaru. The staff is very friendly a I'm very pleased with the service (oil changes, tire rotation, general maintenance) I have received on my Outback Subaru. The staff is very friendly and eager to be helpful. My only regret is that they don't sell Subarus at the Logan location. When I'm ready to buy my next Subaru (it will be my third one), I hope to be able to deal with Youngs in Logan. More

Steve Munson Made the Experience I was able to work with Steve recently in purchasing a Kia Soul from Young Kia. From the start, I appreciated Steve’s sales technique. He was not the typical “car salesman,” he took a more reserved yet very informed approach. I could feel that Steve was being sincere and watching out for me to make sure I found a car that would fit my needs and budget. Steve listened closely to what I wanted and offered suggestions. He didn’t pressure me into making a decision and was eager to answer any of my questions. Once I finished signing the paperwork it was past closing time, but Steve waited around just so he could see me drive off in my new car. In all the excitement of purchasing a car, I left my driver’s license at the dealership. Steve followed-up with me the next day and even offered to hand-deliver it to me. I live more than 50 miles away from the dealership! That is better customer commitment than I have seen elsewhere. I showed me again just how sincere he is. It was a pleasure to work with Steve and I feel lucky that he was my salesman! More

Disorganized and Untimely Disorganized and untimely. When actually signing for the car, spent 2 hours waiting in the booth (just 10 more minutes). Said title was locked in th Disorganized and untimely. When actually signing for the car, spent 2 hours waiting in the booth (just 10 more minutes). Said title was locked in the office, never had it. Two weeks later, the title is "still in the mail." Tried to sell me the same car via email after I'd already bought it. Constantly asked for my referrals during the process, so I've obliged here. Unlike previous car purchases at different dealers, I did not feel like a dollar sign, but rather a person. More
