Great Experience Started looking online for a specific vehicle and found what I wanted at Young Kia. Come to find out my internet sales person had an emergency. Customer service was top notch. Ian was up front, clear and also entertaining. By the time I was ready to pull the trigger the sales manager came down and introduced himself and made sure all I wanted would be satisfied. They truly care about what the consumer is looking for. Then to top it off the manager sat in while I signed with the finance team. Every person walked by congratulated us from the young team and also made us feel comfortable like we belonged in their family. The sales professional we spoke with, Josh Johnson, was not only extremely friendly, he was also patient, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We let him know up front that we have no intention at all in buying and he was nice about it. We expected him to rush us out and move onto the next potential buyer, but he spent over an hour with us and we will be buying a car with him at some point this year.
