But that’s the opposite of my experience at Kia, Mike made sure I understood every step of the way and treated me with respect. After paperwork was said and done Mike even went the extra mile to spend time helping me set up my device, settle in and saw me off. Each person I encountered at Kia was so nice, and it made for such a pleasant environment. Such an awesome team they’ve got!!
