I did encounter several problems with the service technician though. First, the technician dropped and scratched my rim during a tire replacement. Brooke contacted me and let me know how the dealership would make it right. I had to wait several days for the repair. Second, during the rim repair, the technician broke one of my storage containers that nestle around the spare tire. Finally, we discovered after I came home that the technician failed to put my valve stem cap back on the new tire so we had to buy a replacement pack. More
My running boards unfortunately stopped working and I stopped in to see what could be done. One nice young lady tried to trouble shoot for me with no success. She then told me to pull in and see if someo stopped in to see what could be done. One nice young lady tried to trouble shoot for me with no success. She then told me to pull in and see if someone else could help and when she asked one guy he murmored under his breath to her for me to set an appointment. And then she noticed on my file that a have a fleet of vehicles financed at this location and she said we should be able to do better then this. So she asked a technician to look at me truck as to why my electric running boards stopped working and he simply looked under my hood and unplugged the AMP and let it set for 5 min and plugged it back in and boom it worked. If it wasn't for her great customer service and willingness to help I would of probably been in for a scheduled appointment somewhere else and possibly charged for something that was as simple as this to fix. So thank you and I will be in again to personally thank you!! More
