I was there for an oil change, in and out within an hour. Found I needed new rear brakes. Left and had lunch, decided to have the brakes fixed. I brought my Chrysler van in to get a recall completed and didn’t hear a word all day regarding the status of the repair. I scurried to the shop because they were about to close and discovered that nothi and didn’t hear a word all day regarding the status of the repair.
