I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and they said they did both but the tires were not rotated because I have one tire that is a different brand and it was in the same spot when I got home. they said they did both but the tires were not rotated because I have one tire that is a different brand and it was in the same spot when I got home. Also I paid 5 grand for a warranty and they tried charging me $200 to replace a radiator hose but once we realized it was on warranty they told me I had to take it to a Fod Dealership for the repair. The girl that helped me was very polite and helpful though. She was the only bright spot More

Steve explained everything being done to my Jeep including a cost estimate and why there wasn’t coverage under my MOPAR extended warranty. The repair cost was less than estimated and so far my Jeep including a cost estimate and why there wasn’t coverage under my MOPAR extended warranty.
