I called matt I need my car serviced and a new battery installed. I got tires rotated and they only had. 150 miles on them I had bought them on 09/15 /23. Oil changed, shop was busy and a few call offs made it worse. Two people ahead of me and I was promised it would be an hour, however it only took about 35 minutes. Everyone did a great job. Helped me identify an issue that might need some attention and even saved me some money by not rotating the tires (said they didn't actually need it Helped me identify an issue that might need some attention and even saved me some money by not rotating the tires (said they didn't actually need it.) That is honesty. I also had accidently marked my tan colored seat with a pen. Just so happens that the shop uses an interior cleanup and repair guy who was there and helped me on the spot. Even the lady in the office that takes payments helped me update my account. Good experience. Well done. More

Disappointed! ! I had an 8:00am appointment that I placed over a week prior, so I dropped my Jeep off at 7:45 and placed the keys in the drop box. When I called ar ! I had an 8:00am appointment that I placed over a week prior, so I dropped my Jeep off at 7:45 and placed the keys in the drop box. When I called around noon to check on my vehicle I was told I would get a call when the person came back from lunch. At 1:45 I got a phone call regarding the wrong vehicle. Needless to say my vehicle was still sitting where I dropped it off at!! Unsatisfactory!! More
