Terrible time trying to get paint issue taken care of . Pictures were lost 3 times and claim cancelled 3 times . I had to reopen with Jeep Care , service manager didn’t want to get me a loaner vehicle . Bec Pictures were lost 3 times and claim cancelled 3 times . I had to reopen with Jeep Care , service manager didn’t want to get me a loaner vehicle . Because they cost money …. So did my Jeep.! I will not recommend York Chrysler to anyone Plainfield or Brazil ( my fiancé had issues with a 2023 Gran Cherokee from Brazil) More

I took my vehicle in for issues that the dealership claimed they couldn’t define but after the warranty expiration issues re-surface and I’m paying 1500$ for a repair. Now my vehicle is making the SAM claimed they couldn’t define but after the warranty expiration issues re-surface and I’m paying 1500$ for a repair. Now my vehicle is making the SAME noises I’ve been complaint about since I purchased the vehicle but couldn’t be diagnosed unless the issue is occurring at the time I bring it. Noises happened in overdrive after repair but sound worse. More

York has a great service department and I drive over 60 miles to have them service my 2020 Ram 1500. I literally have a Dodge dealership within 10 minutes of my home in Tipton county. Night and day differ miles to have them service my 2020 Ram 1500. I literally have a Dodge dealership within 10 minutes of my home in Tipton county.
