I haven’t bought a car in a while, so it’s understandable that I was a bit uncomfortable in thinking about the whole dealership process. I was pleasantly greeted by Janel on my way to the car I was interested in. She was happy to answer my questions and then went to get the keys (dealership had just opened). I had purchased a Challenger Scat was interested in. She was happy to answer my questions and then went to get the keys (dealership had just opened). I had purchased a Challenger Scat Pack from another WyattJohnson location six months ago. The excellent experience their made me confident that they would be just as professional at this location, I was right. The Challenger Hellcat I saw online was why I was there. I'm a car guy, I don't need much info about the vehicle I'm looking at. I just want competent, professional, honest people with a good attitude. Because they performed that way, we closed the deal that day. In addition to that, "Will" in finance went over warranty options and the increase in monthly payment was minimal. I'm glad I did, the very next day I came back for misc info and found a screw in the front tire. They warrantied it out and got me a new tire. First of all the customer service on this day was ok until i noticed my tires were not rotated. 3/5/22 had an oil change,fuel filter and rotation after they finished my tires were not rotated witch brou until i noticed my tires were not rotated. 3/5/22 had an oil change,fuel filter and rotation after they finished my tires were not rotated witch brought to question was everything else done. Had to ask for a supervisor twice and called after I left and still didn't get a return call I like coming here but that day didn't go very well and had to come back because it needed balanced cause my steering wheel had a slight vibration at high speeds and turns over 60 so had to have it balanced that Tuesday. More

I would advise against anyone using the Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen Dealership in Clarksville or buying from Volkswagen altogether. I am currently deployed to Iraq, and VW of Clarksville is failing to c Volkswagen Dealership in Clarksville or buying from Volkswagen altogether. I am currently deployed to Iraq, and VW of Clarksville is failing to correct a situation with a vehicle they sold to us that is still under warranty, but currently “not safe to drive” due to a faulty chip. We were sold a 2020 VW ATLAS SEL brand new in April of 2020. We purchased this vehicle to caddy our 9-month-old daughter. This atlas had every viable upgrade. Within the next six months the air-conditioning malfunctioned and our daughter was in visible discomfort from riding around in an 80+degree vehicle. My wife immediately took it in for service and the service department reported there were no issues, to continue driving it and report if there were further A/C problems. The moment she left the lot, the vehicle became hot once again and my wife felt helpless. We took it in once again and they filled the A/C unit with colored Freon. In October of 2021, one month prior to my deployment the vehicle started to do things on its own, ie all four windows would roll down at once, vehicle would shut off automatically, and computer would go black. When my wife dropped off the vehicle on November 3rd, 2021, VW did not give her a rental even though it was still under factory warranty. She was told it was not recommended to drive the vehicle as it was unsafe since the sensor was telling the computer it had been in a crash and was at risk for putting the emergency brake on or deploying airbags at any given moment. She was left in the parking lot to uber home at her own cost since we live outside the 10 mile radius. Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen has maintained possession of the vehicle since the 3rd of November, have not issued a rental vehicle to my wife who is working full time and caring for our daughter, and has not made an offer to purchase the vehicle which, is still in their possession without the correct parts to fix it. To resolve the issue, we have expressed our interest in Wyatt Johnson buying the vehicle back at KBB value so they can fix it on their own terms as we are making monthly payments on a vehicle under factory warranty that is neither safe to drive nor in our possession- however after several voicemails and the service department requesting sales to call us, we have not been contacted once. It is because of this, I would advise against anyone using the Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen Dealership in Clarksville or buying from Volkswagen altogether. More
