Jamal is an awesome service tech, on the other hand the maintenance team they have is unbelievable and irresponsible. I brought in my 2021 Jetta for oil change and alignment. The only modification I’ve mad maintenance team they have is unbelievable and irresponsible. I brought in my 2021 Jetta for oil change and alignment. The only modification I’ve made to this car is a front splitter/front lip. Drove my car there just fine no bumps, no scratches, no busted tires or a busted front lip. I pick up my car about an hour later, not only did they lie on my paperwork, they busted my front lip to where I had to take it off. And split my front driver side tire as well. As I drive off with my car without even realizing I hit the light outside of the dealership and immediately hear the knocking noise and called them the next morning since I thought it was just my belly pan and asked for it to be fixed. Morning comes and I dropped it off first thing 8am. They told me a few hours later it was because my tire was split. I’m pretty upset with this dealership because I love my VW. I have a GLI and a Jetta and I felt as if they tried to pull one over my head. Being honest and apologizing goes a long way. And I trusted them to do a simple task. And instead I end up out of $230 for a single tire. Out of a front lip I spent $160 and out of another place I can trust with my vehicle. More

My husband wanted to buy a new car today. Spent the morning getting approved through our bank and called the dealership to make sure the car was there. After wandering aimlessly for 20 minutes someone finally came to greet him. First, they were completely unfamiliar with the model he wanted. He finally went and asked the manager. The car my husband had just called about had been loaned out and they suggested a more expensive model. He told them he wasn't interested. Then they told him the price listed on the website for the model he did want was wrong and that the price would be even higher. Isn't "bait and switch" still illegal? More

Had to drive 2 hours to get there but was well worth the drive. The salespersons I dealt with were extremely friendly and professional. My experience was quick and easy and the truck I traded for was everything they advertised and more. We did have a small issue with financing in that the first payment date was wrong but they immediately fixed the probate their expense which only shows the character of the dealership and staff. I would definitely drive 2 hours again to shop with these professionals. Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase! I highly recommend dealing with this dealership. More
