Worst Customer Service Experience I took my 2015 VW Golf TDI to this dealership for the first phase of the emission repairs. After the service I complained about a roaring sound coming I took my 2015 VW Golf TDI to this dealership for the first phase of the emission repairs. After the service I complained about a roaring sound coming from the front of the vehicle. I was assured on three separate occasions that it was just excessive engine noise caused by the emissions update and that the sound would resolve when I completed the second phase of the emission repair. Almost a year later and after moving to another state the second phase became available. When I went in for the service the new dealership determined that the roaring I had been hearing was a bad wheel bearing. The tech and service advisor told me they couldn't believe that Wyatt Johnson had failed to catch this issue. I called VW to see if they would cover the repair and they said since the dealership failed to catch it they would have to agree to cover it. What was Wyatt Johnson's response? That I, the customer, never complained about road noise and their tech only recorded roaring on the service sheet therefore it was my fault and they refused to cover it. So beware if you receive service here that you need to record the service advisor and techs work for them, because they aren't going to do it. More

Great Place to Buy A Car I had my heart set on buying a VW Tiguan. I had done all my research and felt for sure this was the car I wanted. In the past, my Husband was always the one who had to "endure" the new car purchase nightmare. Listening to him all these years, I thought it was similar to going to the dentist. My Husband wasn't as quick to move on this for me so I made a trip to the Wyatt Johnson VW dealership to look at the car myself and there I met with Josh Austin, the sales person. Before long I was knee deep in new car negotiations. I knew what a fair price was and within just a short time I got a fair price on my trade and a good deal on my new Tiguan. Josh was so respectful and a true pleasure to work with. Josh sent me home with a full tank of gas and he even slipped me a super nice thank you card that I didn't see until I got home.
