Chris the service manager I had a rocky start with this dealership, (we moved to town and I already owned my Jetta.) However the reason I am finally writing this review is because Chris the service manager, has gone above and beyond every time I call or go in. I am put to ease when I walk in with a concern and see him, because I know he’ll listen and work with the techs to get it fixed. More
Quantity over "Quality" BUYER BEWARE I recently sent my vehicle, to Wyatt Johnson VW in Clarksville TN, to have my car diagnosed. After the evaluation, I was informed tha BUYER BEWARE I recently sent my vehicle, to Wyatt Johnson VW in Clarksville TN, to have my car diagnosed. After the evaluation, I was informed that it would need a timing belt and a few other minor issues addressed. However, after the dealership had informed me that my car was in “great” condition, it had unconnected piping, leaking injectors, and no lower timing belt cover. The vehicle only lasted 1k miles because of a “loose CNK cear bolt.” -Knox VW Dealer- This caused time to jump and bend valves. Strange huh? Loose items then a loose bolt that cause time to jump is at the timing belt where they were?.. 4K is just expenses not including engine and lawsuit fees. Wyatt Johnson GM’s “we make things right” was really to SELL me a “new car” and make PAYMENTS after bringing them a paid off car. Please customers BEWARE. This company does not stand by their customers or their “quality.” Wyatt Johnson "your car is just old" That didnt stop them before they took my money to update items. Now they want to say it's too old to make things right. More
Lemon car I bought a used car from them and I did not realize it had a leak in the trunk and the taillight has a major water damage in it. I took it back to the dealership since its only been a week and they said you bought it as it we wont help you. Seriously you wont even take five seconds to look at and see what can be done. I love my new car!! My husband and I went there looking for another car but ended up walking out with a brand new 2019 Volkswagen Passat and I absolutely love it!!! This is by far the best dealership we have ever bought from. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone is so nice and helpful and the salesman we had (Leslie) he wasn’t pushy at all and he was very patient with us throughout the whole process. If we’re still stationed here.. we will definitely be buying another car from this dealership. Kim, Leslie, and William.. thank you so much for everything and we couldn’t be more happier with our new car!! More

Service Department Is A Joke Let me just summarized the whole experience as follows: I own an Audi S4 and 2 Tiguans (i.e. I am a VW/Audi guy). Generally do my own maintenance, but it was cold over Thanksgiving weekend so I sent my daughter to this place for an oil change. She calls me from the dealer and tells me that they ran a "diagnostic" indicating it needs a wheel alignment. Hmmm. Now you come in for an oil change and they tell you that an alignment is required. Modern technology? Since we bought this vehicle new for my wife and then my daughter bought it, I knew that this was probably required despite knowing that they wanted $130 when my guy could do it for $90. Similarly, they came up with a litany of items that needed to be taken care of for costs that I will not detail with the exception of this one; $60.92 to replace the left license plate bulb. This is a bute because you can get 2 bulbs for $7 at the local auto parts store. Changing the bulb requires the skill of a xxxxxx (2 Phillips head screws). Now for the real humor. The daughter that I sent to this place was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. She WORKS FOR VOLKSWAGEN in Chattanooga! She will be having their guys look over the recommendations of this dealership to confirm whether they are honest in their assessments or just screwing customers on price, or a combination of both. Dealership was with Gary Matthews group and they were a scam. Figured that Wyatt Johnson would change the M.O., but not looking like it. More
Service Department I have never been to a service department that is so bad. I’ve taken my car in three times and every time that has been an issue. At my 10,000 mile se I have never been to a service department that is so bad. I’ve taken my car in three times and every time that has been an issue. At my 10,000 mile service they rotated the tires, 5 minutes down the road the tpms light came. I took it back and every tire was at a different psi and overinflated. Next visit for 20,000 service that I scheduled was rescheduled without my knowledge. My original appointment was cancelled because they were closed that day. I asked if they were open before scheduling. Drove out to find them closed. At the rescheduled visit I was told I needed an alignment and they had to order a warranty part. After doing the service they didn’t even turn off the service needed light. When the part came in I made an appointment taking off work to take it in. I asked how long it would take to replace the part and redo the lifetime allignment bc of a shimmy. Someone was supposed to call me back. They never called. I found out when I got there that it would take “the better part of the day” and I should have made other arrangements. At that point it was too late to make other arrangements. After waiting 5 hours for them to replace the warranty part I was told that they couldn’t realign the tires. I have one new tire and three older ones...the same tires that were on it when I originally paid for the lifetime alignment. I could buy 4 new tires and they would do it. I said no. I did find out later that shouldn’t have done the alignment in the first place. More

Not at Wyatt Johnson, they went through the process with me step by step and ease my mind on any questions I had about the vehicle. Peter did a awesome job, from my concerns to making sure that this vehicle is adequate for my upcoming needs in my family's life. As he was family friendly, informative, and yet still professional, I never seen individual take so much pride in what they do. At Wyatt Johnson you will find at every corner a consultant that can help you lead you to your Dream CAR!!
