Every time that I come over to this dealership it’s some xxxxxxxx. 06/25/2022 I WENT TO WYATT JOHNSON FORD ON THOMPSON LANE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. FIRST I NEEDED AN AIR FILTETR. 2: THEN I NEEDED WIPER BLADES. 3: THEN MY TIRES COULDN’T BE ROTATED BECAUSE THE LUG NUTS WERE SWOLLEN. 4: MY BATTERY FAILED THE TEST, BUT, IT‘S STILL WORKING. THEN I NEED AN ALIGNMENT ON THE BACK. THEY COULD COMPLETE ALL OF THAT IF I WAS WILLING TO WAIT. I SAID xxxx NO!!! THEN ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT THEY TRIED TWICE TO OVER CHARGE ME. I HATE WYATT JOHNSON FORD. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST AMERICAN MADE VEHICLE THAT I WILL EVER PURCHASE!!! More

Wow, what a horrible experience. I traded a car here and when I went to clean my things out of my old car they had sent it to an auction lot where it was raided and all of my belongi I traded a car here and when I went to clean my things out of my old car they had sent it to an auction lot where it was raided and all of my belongings worth anything were stolen. They had reassured me I would receive a check for what was stolen, yet here I am months later with nothing and the contact I had has ghosted me. One of the employees even got an attitude with me telling me I should have already gotten my things, even though they were the ones who reassured me I could get everything the following Monday after I bought the car Friday. My temporary tag also expired because they couldn't get the taxes paid info and payment to the tag office to get my actual tag. Avoid at all costs!!!!! More

The sales man was great. The dealership as a whole is terrible. I came in to look at a truck scheduled a time to come in as I had military obligations. Came in test drove and was ready to start running numbers. Gave them all my info for credit checks and all of a sudden closing time they can’t help until the next day. I asked well I have military obligations we are trying to buy truck what if someone comes in before I can tomorrow. I was told they would hold it for me and even talked to my sales guy in the middle of the day to confirm I’m still coming to get the truck. I get a call from my sales guy 30 minutes prior to me leaving to go finalize all the details. Guess what they sold the truck out from under me after checking my credit and having numbers ran. Hurt my credit by running it 3 different places and lied to me. I definitely will not be back. I wish dealerships would be held to some kind of standard by law with this but they are only here to screw us. Avoid this place if you can, would hate for you to get screwed as well. More

Was called about a Maverick that had came in and was on the lot, offered to buy over the phone, but was told the finance mgr said no. It was first come first serve. When I got there they told me that it had been sold 3 minutes before I arrived. Absolutely the WORST buying experience I’ve had in my life. So unprofessional! I wouldn’t buy a car from them if they were selling them 2 for price of 1. Worst dealership in the country! FORD wake up! My salesman was great, it was the finance manager that was pulling all the strings, had cash to buy, but was told no. Unbelievable. More

My husband was in the market for a Ford F150 and found one at Wyatt Johnson. We pre-qualified, but didn't get a call, so we decided to just go down and look around. Although he was getting ready to take a meal break, he made our experience his top priority. He took us to the truck we were interested in and we went for a test drive. He explained all the details and stayed with us throughout the entire process of financing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and accommodating. I really feel like we were working with a friend and although we were there for several hours, we enjoyed every minute of this sale and we left with not only a beautiful truck, but a friend for life. I can't say enough about how Mr. Panchisin made us feel comfortable and welcome, earning our trust and repeat business. Thank you Ryan for all your help!
