Was called about a Maverick that had came in and was on the lot, offered to buy over the phone, but was told the finance mgr said no. It was first come first serve. When I got there they told me that it had been sold 3 minutes before I arrived. Absolutely the WORST buying experience I’ve had in my life. So unprofessional! I wouldn’t buy a car from them if they were selling them 2 for price of 1. Worst dealership in the country! FORD wake up! My salesman was great, it was the finance manager that was pulling all the strings, had cash to buy, but was told no. Unbelievable. More
My husband was in the market for a Ford F150 and found one at Wyatt Johnson. We pre-qualified, but didn't get a call, so we decided to just go down and look around. We entered the show room and were fortunate to have crossed paths with Ryan Panchisin, one of their salesmen. Although he was getting ready to take a meal break, he made our experience his top priority. He took us to the truck we were interested in and we went for a test drive. He explained all the details and stayed with us throughout the entire process of financing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and accommodating. I really feel like we were working with a friend and although we were there for several hours, we enjoyed every minute of this sale and we left with not only a beautiful truck, but a friend for life. I can't say enough about how Mr. Panchisin made us feel comfortable and welcome, earning our trust and repeat business. Thank you Ryan for all your help! Let me just say, this is now my dealership for life! I had the most amazing experience getting my 2021 Bronco with Joseph Newsom. This was my first car purchase so I was pretty nervous given the stigma of working with dealerships but at Wyatt Johnson Ford, they were honest, listened to me and helped me get to a payment that really worked for me. Again, I cannot stress enough how amazing it was to work with Joseph. If anyone is looking for a dealer, you are going to want him. I have been to this dealership multiple times over the past few years. EVERY time, the experience seems to be much more frustrating than it should ever have to be. My last experience was the worst! Sin past few years. EVERY time, the experience seems to be much more frustrating than it should ever have to be. My last experience was the worst! Since May 6th, 2021, I drove my vehicle twice to the Wyatt Johnson Ford location attempting to replace a dangerous driver's side airbag described in the recall as, "In the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the frontal airbag, an inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death." I called dozens of times and transferred dozens of times from the service department to the parts department. During this time, I left word three individual times for the service manager, John Law, to contact me to help me resolve this dangerous situation. On June 14th, 2021 the Wyatt Johnson parts department told me that the part had arrived and stated that the packing slip proved that this part arrived. That week, I set up an appointment on June 22nd, 2021. I asked for them to verify that the part was there and let me know otherwise. I dropped my truck off the night before. Zero contact occurred since. I had to keep calling to get this done. Crazy stuff--I certainly cannot recommend this level of customer service. More
