Wyatt Johnson service after the sale of a used auto was disappointing. I had called my sales consultant Charles and informed him of the passenger side tire rubbing the plastic wheel cover that had loosened disappointing. My sales rep Charles talked with the service manager who told him the previous owner had put oversized tires on the truck I purchased. This was difficult to understand as the passenger side tire was the only tire with the issue and my neighbor who works for Nissan and I could feel the loos plastic tire cover over that tire but none of the rest of the plastic tire covers were loose he said appears a couple screws or clamps had come loose and fell out. but per the service manager nothing they could assist me with so my neighbor assisted me. This is not the example of customer service level I was expecting from a good buying exp but tells me this will probably be the service experience from the service dept and manager going forward if I need any assistance. Places a huge drop in any previous customer service excellence experience you may have experienced not a good look for the overall dealership! More

Service after the sell at Wyatt Johnson is almost unbelievable. The level of consistency is impressive. I bought a new Maverick from them in 2022 and it has had several recalls. The truck even left me stranded and now it is back in the shop AGAIN. I can't blame Wyatt Johnson for the lemon, that is a Ford issue. I can blame Wyatt Johnson for being the most difficult car dealership that I have ever experienced. The service department manager tried to send me home with the truck without even driving it. I thought the engine bracket had broken, but they only looked at it, never took it on the road. I had to insist they drive it to feel the horrific shaking it does from about 27 MPH and up. Turned out to be an even bigger issue. I showed up for my 7 am appointment, only to find out that Sydney never made the appointment. So, I explained in detail again what was happening this time, only to be told that I didn't have an appointment, nor did they have a loaner car to give me while they had my truck. I want to reiterate that I bought the truck from them and it is still under full warrenty. So, after the service manager told me "you are driving this truck home", and after their sales manager Jason just happened to yell out "son of a XXXXX" as I walked by, I decided that others should know to avoid this dealership at all costs. They will be be your best friend, right up until you sign for the purchase. After that, they are going to make you feel like you are begging them for information, like you somehow work for them, you might even feel a bit harrassed or unsafe with Sales manager's language toward you. What you won't get, without insisting and walking the floor with them, is any type of customer service. This is my 5th trip to service in 3 years, outside of normal maintenace and I have left nearly in tears each time from the shear aggrevasion of thier staff. The staff at Wyatt Johnson have completed convinced me today to go directly to the first CHEVY dealership I see. That is if service can ever fix the lemon of a truck they sold me. More

She was a friendly and inviting voice and gave me the impression we would find a great truck and make the deal make sense. When I arrived, she had several options pulled and ready to view. After some evaluation, I found the one for me and was introduced to the sales manager Mike. He was respectful of my needs and my budget. I respect his ability to navigate the incentives and options to make me a deal I was comfortable with. There was never any push or bad dealership behavior. Great job team! I love my new F150! More

I called to set up an appointment on the 20th of March. My ford Explorer I bought from them in February 2023. I needed to get a price for replacing my keyless entry panel. I though that I would give them an another opportunity to service my car. I had a nightmare with their collision center. So hadn't planned on using them again. But I bought the car there so tried to be a loyal customer and was going to try them again. Now I called yesterday morning at about 8 Am or so and here I am waiting for a call back to get a price on vehicle repair. To late now it's already fixed. Repaired at CarTech in Smyrna. Had me in and out in just a few hours. That's where I'm going. Very reasonable. Charged me 590.67 including tax and replacing a back up bulb. I'm sure I would have paid over 800.00 at your shop. So I should think you for making me go elsewhere and to save a lot of money. CarTech sure knows how to treat their customers. More
