Last week we contacted Tony at World Class Motor Cars about a listing for a 2010 Mercedes Benz E350 Luxury 4Matic. Tony was very knowledgable and kind in answering all of our questions. We had looked a about a listing for a 2010 Mercedes Benz E350 Luxury 4Matic. Tony was very knowledgable and kind in answering all of our questions. We had looked at another dealership who contacted us but because of Tony's friendly demeanor and follow up we decided to go with him. My husband and I made an appointment to see him on December 28th. We arrived early but the dealership team made us feel welcome and everyone approached us to see if we needed anything. When Tony was available we took the car on a test drive and he pointed out many of the cars options and details to us. This is a dealership that caters to all working class folks who want the opportunity to purchase a luxury vehicle. Whether you are a repeat customer or a new one buying a luxury vehicle for the first time, everyone is treated the same and that was important to us in making a choice in who we would buy from. My husband and I had looked at a few vehicles but had not seen the color and model we wanted until we saw the car at World Class. There were no secrets held back on the car and the price that was advertised was the price. We met with the finance manager, Louie Kanjo who modeled a program that would fit our needs. He was kind and genuinely takes pleasure in helping folks to go through the loan process. He also customizes a plan based on having conversations with his customers.....real dialogue. No rush sale or catering only to those who choose to pay cash for their vehicles. He and Tony enjoy selling their products and stand behind their quality. And it shows from the moment you walk into the dealership. Chicago has many dealerships that sell luxury cars so everyone has a choice of where they want to go. But if it is important for you to feel as though the team has your best interest at heart and that you can shop with no pressure from anyone, this may be the place for you. No drama..... just the joy of shopping with knowledgable guys who know how to treat folks. Very rare and worthy of a dealership called World Class Motor Cars. Blessings to everyone at the dealership. Professional from start to finish. Roger stayed in contact with me from the time I expressed interest in the car until I finally made it in to see him even though I can be terribly hard to get a hold contact with me from the time I expressed interest in the car until I finally made it in to see him even though I can be terribly hard to get a hold of. I had a great experience. Very professional and very clean inventory and organized operation. Alex did not pressure me into purchasing cars I weren't interested in or out of my price range. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and specs on the cars. He gave me both pros and cons of cars I test drove. Their prices were well below KBB and fair. They gave a fair deal on my trade in. They were able to get me a great interest rate with a reputable creditor. Overall this was my best car purchasing experience. They went out of their way to make me feel like a respected customer. I highly recommend them and will purchase again in the future. Thank you everyone at World Class. More

My goal was to purchase a luxury vehicle for my 40th birthday. Guess what? It happened at WCMC on 10/26/2013. I am the proud owner of a Mercedes 350 CLK. In fact, my birthday is in February. Roger, you birthday. Guess what? It happened at WCMC on 10/26/2013. I am the proud owner of a Mercedes 350 CLK. In fact, my birthday is in February. Roger, you are the BEST! Roger was patient, friendly, very informative and was willing to make himself accessible before/after hours and on his day off. The Finance Manager Bert worked a miracle by getting me financed through a primary bank with a good rate and payments around the same amount of my trade in. The condition of their vehicles runs perfect mechanically and looks/smell new cosmetically. All vehicles are backed by a free Car Fax, which can be viewed before purchasing the vehicle of choice. OMG...Let's talk warranty. The best, just like Roger and Bert. The staff is wonderful and the WCMC environment feels like a home away from home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone/everyone that are in need of a new family, reliable, fairly new condition vehicle. Owe, let's not forget a miracle in financing! I will return for my next vehicle and thank you Roger and Bert for making my dream come true. More
