I called Word Class Motor Cars and found that they had the car I was looking for. I worked with Alex Sirbu over the phone and Mark his manager. We agreed on the deal before I saw the care. They even held the car I was looking for. I worked with Alex Sirbu over the phone and Mark his manager. We agreed on the deal before I saw the care. They even held the car for a day. I am very happy with my purchase of a loaded Lexus ES 350. Awesome car and great sales team. The Finance Manager Bert was an absolute pleasure to work with on the final paperwork. We would recommend WCMC to anyone. Thanks Alex, Mark and Bert. More
If there was a category between "ok" and "good" on the overall experience, that probably would be my rating for World Class. Salesman Tom Ibrahim was courteous and helpful. On our test driv "good" on the overall experience, that probably would be my rating for World Class. Salesman Tom Ibrahim was courteous and helpful. On our test drive of the Audi A5 I was interested in, he acknowledged a vibration in the steering at high speed, though I didn't agree with his diagnosis (snow in the wheels). More about that later. After I purchased the car and took it home, I discovered that it didn't have the iPod connector that had been advertised. Tom located the connector and made sure that it was mailed to me so I wouldn't have to make the 30-minute trip from home to the dealership. Earlier, as I considered the purchase, I decided to invest in a 125-point inspection at Laurel Audi of Westmont, a few miles down Ogden Avenue from World Class. The World Class people were agreeable and even delivered the car to Laurel for the inspection. The mechanics at Laurel gave the car high marks overall, finding only two problems during the inspection: rear brakes discs that were rusted and pitted and, Laurel said, in need of replacement, and the need for a four-wheel alignment. The service manager said that the wheel balancing that World Class did after my test drive would not solve the problem. Tom handed me off to the sales manager for price negotiations. The manager contended that the steering was fine after the balancing and insisted that the rear brakes did not need replacement. My hope was that he would split the cost of the two repair items, but he would not budge. A little later, when I discovered that the car had only one key fob and contended that every car should come with a spare, he said that the cost would be about $200, and he agreed to knock $100 off the sales price. I wasn't pleased, but went along with him--only to find out later that the actual cost of buying a fob and having it programmed at an Audi dealer is nearly $400. I ate that expense. All of this said, I went forward with the deal because, based on my research of similar A5s on the market, I got a very good price--at least $3,000 under the asking prices of similar machines at other dealers. Based on results of the inspection, I also had some reassurance that I was buying a solid car. I can also say that World Class did not pressure me to finance through them or purchase extended warranty coverage. And there were no last-minute games with "service charges" or other phony add-ons. Credit where credit is due. More

Friendly staff. I did an online search based on exact model of pre-owned vehicle i wanted to purchase so I was pretty much ready to buy it when I visited. Made the decision to buy and drove off w/ the ca model of pre-owned vehicle i wanted to purchase so I was pretty much ready to buy it when I visited. Made the decision to buy and drove off w/ the car the same day. Before leaving I had to convince the dealership to put in a few gallons of gas in the tank of my new purchase as the light had already come on (apparently they're working on very thin margins). The dealership misspelled my name on the registration but assured my that the title would come to me with the correct spelling and that they would follow up on this issue in a few days. They never called and I had to call a few times. Then after a few weeks I received the title in the mail with the name misspelled! I then had to go to the secretary of state's website and fill out forms to get it rectified. Also, I received only one set of keys with the car as they indicated thats all they had so i had to go to a Lexus dealership to get another one made and its very expensive. Then about 4 months after I bought the car, the passenger side window would work (i'm just glad it was in the 'up' position). I got it repaired but it set me back a few hundred bucks. Good price on the car and it seems thats how they get people to walk in the door but after sales service leaves much to be desired. More
We came in to the dealership to look at an Acura, and Roger was helpful and not too pushy about getting us to buy the car. I really appreciated that about him. He took time to clean the car nicely before Roger was helpful and not too pushy about getting us to buy the car. I really appreciated that about him. He took time to clean the car nicely before we looked at it, and stayed late for us to finish signing all the paper work. He allowed us to take the car to a nearby auto shop for an inspection, which we knew the dealer(s) would not necessary want us to do, but they allowed this. We did feel that perhaps the manager and other employees were trying to delay us taking it to the auto shop. I think it's important to let your customers do what they need before buying a car-it is (and should be) a big financial decision. Keep in mind that some people come in looking for a car with a lot of knowledge about their finances, and some have done a lot of research. If you try to prevent them from doing some of these important things to make their decision, it only raises red flags for those who really have done their research and are well informed. Overall, we were very happy to have it inspected and were reassured the good review. We are very happy with the car and feel it was a great price for it's value. More
