Upon arriving at our final selection on a snowy Saturday afternoon, the team stayed long after hours to assure a smooth transaction, and delivery - that evening. Unlike your typical used car buying experience, both our trade in, as well as our purchase were fairly priced. As with any such transaction, there's always a miscellaneous item or two requiring follow up. Which should not be an issue based upon how well our experience has been with this team thus far. My initial phone call reached Alex Sirbu who, put forward an image of a pleasant and business-like professional He was patient in describing the vehicle and thorough in presenting the vehicle history and specifications. In fact his presentation and description were from someone who truly enjoyed their job. When I inquired about anything where Alex may have been not sure of a fact or procedure he when to his Sales Manager, Mark Khankan, who came in, introduced himself, responded to the inquiry, checked to see if all was OK and returned to his office; he did not sit down, take over the technicals and "move things along." His faith in his staff was evident and he let them do their jobs. His positive attitude clearly influences his staff and made this customer very happy and brought a grin to my face because I had just gotten an awesome deal on the vehicle I wanted.
