After searching exhaustingly in my local St. Louis area for a worthwhile used MB 320CLK Cabriolet, I found a good candidate on autotrader.com, but it was located all the way in Downers Grove, IL. Since it was quite a distance from St. Louis I called first to "kick the tires" virtually before investing my time in the long journey. Jason Courtney answered my phone call, and all my questions, even the ridiculous ones regarding whether the interior still had that "new car" smell - an issue very important to me. He was patient, knowledgable, and very thorough. I told him that I'd be flying up the next morning to look at the car. He kindly offered to have a driver pick me up from the airport. Before I decided to make the trip to the Chicago area I asked if the Firestone mechanics down the street could put the car on a lift and give me a report. Mr. Courtney did not hesitate but had the car delivered to Firestone immediately. It recieved the clean bill of health he had anticiapted and I was on my way. When I got to the pick-up curb at O'Hare there was a long stretch black limousine waiting for me! Over and above? I'd certainly say so! Upon arriving at World Class Motor Cars I was treated with a genuine courtesy and professionalism that will bring me back for my next car purchase. I will say that I had hoped to pay a bit less than the asking price, having prided myself on never paying "sticker" in my life. But, honestly the price was set so fairly, true to their "no haggle" pricing policy that I was comfortable paying what they asked. Being the type A personality that I am, I took the car to three different dealerships back in St. Louis, and they were all shocked at the reasonable price I paid for my beautiful "new" car. I watched this car on line for several weeks and talked on the phone with Jason a few times. I live in Florida, buying a car in Downers Grove was a big deal for me. The car performed flawlessly, and I didn't get any speeding tickets! When I need to upgrade or get another car I will look to World Class Motor Cars first. More

I went into World Class Motors on a Friday afternoon where Alex Sirbu helped me. I told him I was interested in the 335xi I saw on Autotrader and he immediately offered me a test drive. After gathering the necessary paperwork, I drove the car for about 20 minutes. I thought the price was fair and it was accurate to what KBB had quoted as well so we didn't have much negotiation. I traded in my 328i in which Jason (manager) test drove and made me a fair offer to which I later accepted. I returned the following Saturday morning to make the transaction and Alex had the car detailed and ready to be test driven again. I had them run all the numbers Friday night so I didn't have to wait around and it worked out great. I also had a friend who works at the Downers Grove BMW check the VIN and it's mechanical history and it all checked out clean. Although my interest rate wasn't the lowest despite my excellent credit, I was still okay with the final numbers. Besides, I could have gotten my own loan elsewhere but it wouldn't have been as fast. Bert prepared the finances and he was extremely nice, personal, and professional and we completed the transaction in about an hour. Overall, I was VERY happy with my experience with World Class Motors and Alex, Jason, and Bert specifically where outstanding! I've had my car for about 2 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. More
