We met with Roger who couldn't have been more personable and accommodating to our customer experience. I was a little surprised to see it was a no haggle lot but with the low prices I guess I sho personable and accommodating to our customer experience. The overall customer service from Roger was great, we went back and forth and bothered him for a few test drives and in which he was never pushy in selling any car (Lexus IS250, BMW X3, BMW X5) we checked out. We didn't even get any gripe when we told him we were headed to Shaumburg to look at a couple other cars. In fact he simply told us good luck and hoped we'd come back if we didn't see anything better. And while we did go back and forth between the X5 at Motor Cars and the Lexus RX330 in Shaumburg, after two weeks of owning the X5 and the customer experience we received from Roger and Jason we couldn't be more glad to have helped them succeed in what they do. Jason (Manager) was very nice and accommodating as well. Jason has a little bit more of that salesman pitch you'd expect from any dealership but wasn't over the top when it came to selling the car. My wife was very worried about our Huskies' fur being all over the car so he was kind enough to order us some new car mats for the BMW we purchased and told us to consider them a wedding gift. We picked it up a week after we got the car and Roger helped put them in, staying true to their word all the way through to process. The overall customer experience with them was great and i've already recommended them to a couple of other friends who are looking to purchase new cars. The laid back, easy going atmosphere, and knowledge of the cars they had on the lot helped make the process of owning your first car as husband and wife together, a lot easier. More

He was very easy to get a hold of since the majority of the process was done over the phone given my distance from the dealership. Not only was he friendly but the entire staff was always very kind and humorous. On top of having the car listed at a very reasonable price they made sure I had some gas to take the car home.
