Roger, our sales associate, was awesome to work with! I will definitely come back and work with Roger and this dealership again. Roger was friendly, helpful, and didn't pressure us with the typical annoying sales tactics. That alone made buying a car here worth it. He was patient and let us take our time looking at the car without hovering. He was diligent in trying to figure out what was causing a very minor noise during our test drive when he probably could have just brushed it off. Best of all, the pictures of his little girl are adorable. What a proud papa. :-) I give Roger 5 stars. WCM's pricing was competitive but fair, making negotiating minimal or unnecessary. This helped alleviate the most dreaded and stressful part of purchasing a car. The only thing I would improve upon was the time it took to process our purchase from start to finish, which is the only reason for the 4 rating. It was a busy day, but we were there for hours and spent a considerable amount of time sitting and waiting. However, they did sincerely apologize for this several times and offered us pizza and drinks on more than one occasion, which was very nice. Everyone at WCM was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership. More

All I can say is I've never seen better customer service. I felt very comfortable buying my Saab here. Tom, my sales man wasn't feeding me with lies or being hungry for a sale. I came in to the dealership with no Hope for a car. Tom came and turned it all around. He was very patient with my " I want this, no I want that" decisions. This dealership has a great selection of high end loaded vehicles. I drove 170 miles to get my Mercedes C300 and it was worth the trip. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
