I used car buying service through USAA to find the car that I was looking for. Kandy was responsive by email, but did not badger me into a sale. My overall experience was great with this dealership. I came in, test drove the car, made a couple of phone calls, signed a couple papers and left. Very easy. Price was great. by the time we arrived to view the car, my USAA car buying service price I walked in with was $1000+ more than what they sold the vehicle to me for. Can't complain about that. More

I had been looking for a deal on a second vehicle for my family for over a year.I needed something to meet our needs but not put more stress on our finances. I was able to dree everything about the vehicle online including detailed photos and descriptions as well as Car fax and accident reports. Everything looked great online an I was already sold. All that was left was to drive it. I contacted Alan Heath via Facebook, which allowed he and I to correspond quickly and thoroughly throughout the day. He gave me ask the information I needed and asked for and we made arrangements for me to drive the vehicle that afternoon. There was another customer who had first dibs due to him making arrangements before I did and when Alan told me that customer would have to have the chance to purchase the vehicle before me, my heart sank! I mean, it was a great truck at an incredible price! Of first that guy was gonna buy it........and I just knew I would be back to the hunt once again. Alan kept me posted throughout the day and when the other customer decided not to buy....Alan sent me a message to come get MY truck! I was too excited! I called my husband ands told him to be ready to go to Cochran that afternoon....... Alan and I corresponded as I made my way to the dealership. He met me as I got on the lot and I felt like I was meeting an old friend. Alan was extremely nice and genuine. He put me in the truck for a test drive and when I decided I wanted out for sure, the rest was quick simple and painless. No hassle. No gimmicks. No sales pitch. I enjoyed my experience purchasing from Woody Butts Chevrolet and their availability on line was a HUGE help to me. Before, we were a family of 5 with life pulling us every direction with work and sports and just day to day activities. Now we have a roomy vehicle and are no longer confined to the trapped feeling of not being able to go our do what we need to do sure to one small vehicle. I had been looking for a nice used SUV for several weeks and had really done my homework on dealers, so when I found my vehicle at this dealership, I thought I'd found the perfect combo because of all the p and had really done my homework on dealers, so when I found my vehicle at this dealership, I thought I'd found the perfect combo because of all the positive reviews.  The dealer gave me a very fair trade-in value for my old vehicle.  The staff is very friendly and helpful.  But when I test drove the Lincoln, I asked specifically about the air-conditioning.  The salesman said that it had been tested by their service department and was in good shape.  It wasn't.  There was a serious leak that had to be repaired.  It was something that should've been obvious to even an entry level mechanic.  In fact, the exact description of the vehicle when I first inquired about it by phone was that it was "pristine".  Maybe they're unclear on the definition of the word, I don't know, but the vehicle most certainly wasn't pristine and had barely been cleaned up.  It certainly hadn't been detailed.  There was sticky gunk in several places, the carpets hadn't been shampooed, there was an air vent that had come loose in the ceiling, etc.  All of this, except for the AC problem, is relatively minor considering the great deal that I got on the vehicle and I have no illusions about a five-year-old vehicle being perfect.  But if you're planning to buy a more expensive vehicle from this dealership, make sure you get the car completely checked out by an independent mechanic. More

Very friendly staff. Tanscations was easy. Kandi helped with the financail process after I told her I had applied online with the lender previously. Great work Kandi.
