I took my 2500hd in for warrenty work and to have the transmission "serviced". When i got truck home noticed allison transmission external spin on filter had not been changed. Talked to Woody Jr. and he told me since i hadn't spent any money with them "bought the truck from individual" he wasn't conserned with my issues. I gave an OK rating for overall experience because I purchased my car in the blind and did not see it before I bought it but I was somewhat disappointed when I got the car because the back tires were ex purchased my car in the blind and did not see it before I bought it but I was somewhat disappointed when I got the car because the back tires were extremely worn to the point of almost slick with a minimum amount of tread left on them. Also, I specifically asked for a full tank of gas and the car had less than a half tank when I received it. I just feel the salesman could have been a little more honest about the tires on the car cause they cost over $200 each for new tires. I did not even get a dealer key chain with the car and I was not offered any kind of service discount or anything to try to get me to return to the dealership for service. More

The Vice President of the company, Woody Butts, Jr., took the time to talk with someone who was not spending tens of thousands of dollars, which greatly impressed my husband. It seems that every customer is important to them. The work ethic of the staff is exceptional; every employee we saw was "hustling". (No one was standing around, waiting on a customer to walk up and hand them a commission.) When handling our paperwork, Kay was also very friendly and helpful.
