My daughter and I drove three hours to buy her a car. When I tried to offer him less than they wanted he got very offensive with me. I went ahead and bought the car because it was what she wanted at a good price. I paid $13,300 cash but owed about $250 of which my daughter used a debt card. The deal was done, the sales lady and gentleman doing the paperwork in finances shook our hands gave us the paperwork and said that we could leave. Less then two miles down the road I am stopped at a red light when I look at my phone, which was on silent, and I have text and messages from Ron Jones verbally abusing me telling he is going to have me arrested for stealing HIS CAR. I call to find out what was wrong and he flew into me about the card being declined I said there was a mistake they must have put the numbers in wrong we would be right back. My daughter stopped and pulled the money off of the exact same card. By this time I was very upset, I'm a very honest person and I just gave you $13,300 in cash and you think I stole a car!? I did not steal a car! I stormed into his office to give him the change that we owed and said my daughter is bringing you cash to pay the rest. When my daughter got there with the cash to pay the balance off he wanted me to apologize to him or else he was not going to let the deal go through... I have a daughter crying her eyes out, he's refusing to sale a car, he is treating me like crap, and all I did was drive three hours to buy a car... He did NOT get the apology he wanted, that's for sure. When I called the main dealership, Woody Butts Chevy, to let them know how the business is being run they didn't seem to care either. They may sell you a car one time, but they will NOT get return business treating people the way we were treated and the way we could see him, Ron Jones, treat his employees the same as he treated us like crap! Do not go to any Woody Butts dealerships!!! More

We went there knowing what car we wanted to buy from the internet we pulled up and a very nice man came out and ask if he could help his name was Neil Minor we had a very easy time with him. Then the the Finace Manger came out and that was what made everything click he is by far the nices Finace Manger around with the ease of this sale was because of Scott Tyner.He SMILES and makes you Smile great person. I would never deal wit another car dealer again this is the only place for me.Thank you guys great job! More

This is a long overdue post. I purchased a car from Woody Butts in November 2011 and the experience was wonderful. Alan came in on his day off to finish the paperwork and was wonderful to work with. I purchased a used vehicle from this Dealership on 05/07/12 without having anyone look at it. I totally trusted this Dealership. This was a real mistake because when I got back to my home town I found 05/07/12 without having anyone look at it. I totally trusted this Dealership. This was a real mistake because when I got back to my home town I found out the car had several unknown problems. One problem was noted and $500 was taken off for it, however I was guaranteed the vehicle was in excellent shape no leaks, serviced and ready to put a warranty on it if I desired to. I took the car to the shop Once I got back for one problem to my dismay, discovered $1780 of work. My mechanic informed me to call the Dealer and inform them of my findings. I called and got the run around at first then finally was told there was nothing they could do. I would like to warn any one purchasing a vehicle from here to take it to a certified mechanic or shop to have it checked out prior to purchasing it. Please do not trust in Mike Daughtry nor the Company to repair their vehicles 100% per Jim Tilton. He states they can not afford to have the vehicles in tip top shape. This is why they sell their cars at low prices. I now have a unexpected repair bill thanks to me trusting in a Dealer's word and not doing my homework. Thank you and God bless. More

We saw a car we liked and inquired about it, a response was sent, and a picture of the person helping us. Well, he looked so friendly in the Picture, and his picture doesn't do him justice. He is very friendly, down to earth, patient, and just an amazing guy. We didn't have any complaints about him... The process was so smooth, til it was almost like a dream! And we have an excellent car! I don't know about the other salespersons at Woody Butts, but Terry is the one to see! Thanks Terry!!! More

We had been looking for a truck for weeks and went to several dealerships and were completely BURNED out by the high pressure etc! We went to see the truck and pulled in at a small, country feel dealership. We had the BEST service and experience, with NO high pressure, which was a breath of fresh air!!!
