SOLD ME AN UNSAFE VEHICLE AT 5 MONTHS PREGNANT. Apparently they “don’t have to inspect vehicles before selling them” according to the manager of the used car sales. I bought a vehicle from here jus Apparently they “don’t have to inspect vehicles before selling them” according to the manager of the used car sales. I bought a vehicle from here just a few months ago & when i brought it to my mechanic because I noticed the steering was extremely loose and felt dangerous when i would hit any type of bump in the road - he said the salesperson to sell me a car this unsafe while i was 5 months pregnant should literally be shot & there’s no way they could overlook a rack & pinion that bad even with a basic inspection. Now i’m paying over $1300 for a new rack and pinion that the warranty i paid almost $4k for here won’t cover for. I’m paying over $16,000 after all is said and done for my used vehicle and when i called to just inform the manager of this so that they don’t continue to sell unsafe vehicles & possibly right this wrong. He just kept telling me there was nothing they would do to try to fix this, because my car was used and that they don’t technically even need to inspect cars before selling them to other people... which just doesn’t seem right or moral for a bigger dealership like this to do. Extremely disappointed that i bought a car from this dealership.. and even more disappointed that instead of apologizing or making this right, they just tried to cover themselves and basically say they don’t have to inspect cars so it’s my fault for buying a used car from them.. Service was excellent. Maria took great care of me and kept me up to date throughout my visit as to how my car maintenance was coming. They will give you a military discount if you ask for it.
