Incredible buying experience! I worked mainly with Jesse and he did a superb job of showing me vehicles in my price range and those that most fit our needs. The entire staff there at Woodmen Nissan jumped and he did a superb job of showing me vehicles in my price range and those that most fit our needs. The entire staff there at Woodmen Nissan jumped right in to help when Jesse was busy. Everyone helped as if I was their primary customer from the management to the sales reps. Super friendly and motivated staff! The purchase experience was very pleasant. When I told them want I wanted in the car they were very accommodating and they were very easy to work with as far as pricing is concerned--some of the best customer handling I've ever experienced at a dealership. Same thing goes for the Finance and Service Departments--very friendly and customer oriented. I give the entire dealership 5-stars and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great new or used car! More
I was looking to replace a 2001 Dodge Stratus with a newer more reliable vehicle. I spoke with Eric Wass, and explained to him that I was not in a rush to purchase a new vehicle so I wanted to take some newer more reliable vehicle. I spoke with Eric Wass, and explained to him that I was not in a rush to purchase a new vehicle so I wanted to take some time to explore as many options as possible. I also explained that I wanted explore financing options to make sure I was looking at vehicles in the right price range. After giving Eric my personal information, he worked with Scott Brown and within a couple of days (over a holiday weekend) Eric called to let me know that Scott had financing approved, which included a generous trade allowance for my Straus. Eric and I scheduled time for me to look at the vehicles that matched my wants/needs and that were within my price range, to include a recently traded 2008 Rogue (which I knew was the vehicle I wanted as soon as I saw it). Eric introduced me to and worked with Mike, in used cars, to negotiate a great deal on the Rogue. Scott was not working the night I made the decision to purchase so I worked with Jason, who expedited the financing transaction seamlessly. When Eric delivered the Rouge, he was thorough in explaining the “ins and outs”, made sure I had both sets of keys and assured me that if I had any questions that he is just a phone call away. Eric, Mike, Scott and Jason made the car-buying experience painless - Woodmen-Nissan is definitely a dealership I will go back to in the future. More
My husband and I were looking to replace out 2003 Saab Turbo with an AWD vehicle to enable us to get into the mountains when there is snow. Our quick sales rep, Rob, first showed us the Merano, which we loved. Then he showed us the Xterra Pro 4X, which we loved even more. It had the leather seats we required as well as the excitement of driving it. Rob was very accommodating and expedient in processing out loan options. He helped us figure out which options were financially best, such as no rebate plus 0.00% interest or $2000.00 rebate plus 2.99% interest for 3 years. The financial person was equally diligent in looking out for us. The price for the 2011 Xterra was a great deal. The dealership was immaculate. The personnel was cordial and helpful. we had side rails added two weeks later and the service department was great. The express line for service is something I really like. The Woodmen-Nissan dealership on Vincent drive is definitely where we will continue to shop for vehicles in the future. More
Very friendly place. I worked with James who helped me to find a vehicle. He showed me several options that I could go with and I got my Jeep Liberty. I was introduced to Sales manager Austin, and told him m find a vehicle. He showed me several options that I could go with and I got my Jeep Liberty. I was introduced to Sales manager Austin, and told him my budget. Minutes later Austin came back, went over the options and terms, and just like that, we were done. It was that easy. The finance guy was friendly(I don't remember his name. I will visit them for service and will recommend them to my friends and family. Good job Woodmen Nissan! More
I recently purchased a 2011 Rogue at Woodmen Nissan, and loved it. I had never bought a new car before, and my salesman, Clint, was really helpful in guiding me to the car that had everything I wanted and n loved it. I had never bought a new car before, and my salesman, Clint, was really helpful in guiding me to the car that had everything I wanted and needed. In addition, I had somewhat weak credit, but they were honest and up front with me about what to expect, and got me an amazing deal. I would definitely recommend Woodmen Nissan, and can't stress enough how positive of an experience it was for me. Oh, and to seal the deal, they gave me my first oil change free, and always wash my car when I come by. Love it! More
I wish they had a 0 star rating. Woodmen stinks!!! I wanted to purchase a new Pathfinder and I got hooked up with a guy name Rick O'Donnell. He was horrible. He wouldn't even email me back to answer m wanted to purchase a new Pathfinder and I got hooked up with a guy name Rick O'Donnell. He was horrible. He wouldn't even email me back to answer my questions. I ended up purchasing from South Colorado Springs Nissan because they actually wanted my business and tried to get it. I love my new Pathfinder and even though I have to drive further, I will be using SCS Nissan for everything Nissan related. All of these reviews are so true. They need to hire people who are nice. The salespeople act like they are better than you. More
After failing to purchase this vehicle through another dealer, we drove to Woodmen Nissan to buy it. We were treated with a great deal of respect and integrity. The sales people knew their inventory and dealer, we drove to Woodmen Nissan to buy it. We were treated with a great deal of respect and integrity. The sales people knew their inventory and about the features of the vehicle. They got us a great rate. The price (USAA) was good, but there were some dealer-installed options beyond what we were told on the phone. More
First, let me state that I would rather take a beating than buy a car! High pressure sales tactics were used at Woodmen Nissan. My wife and I had to the employees there we were going to talk over the deal. They proceeded to push a sale. We told them we wanted to think about My wife and I had to the employees there we were going to talk over the deal. They proceeded to push a sale. We told them we wanted to think about the deal and discuss it over the next day or two. They still continued to pressure use. I told them I needed to discuss it with my NCO since I was in the army. They said I didnt need to discuss it with my NCO and that my NCO can't prevent me from buying a car. I knew that. Their inappropriate pressure to prevent us from thinking about buying a new car and telling us we did not need to discuss with anyone about the offer angered myself and my wife. More
