Hello George, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It’s great to see that the treatment you received from our staff was good and that you liked your salesperson. We are sorry, however, that there were other aspects of the experience that you were not satisfied with. We do try to go out of our way to accommodate everyone to see how best to meet their needs for a potential purchase. You had an interest in a vehicle here. It’s possible that there were fewer pictures online at that time if that vehicle had not been here long. Later, we do add additional photos. We are always glad to send photos or videos of any vehicle that someone is interested in. Vehicles, in general, these days are higher in price due to the market impacts on all dealers. With fewer new vehicles and high demand for pre-owned vehicles, prices are higher. This has been noted in various publications for months and how this impacts car dealers right now. We are sorry you are not pleased with the price of the vehicle you had an interest in. We have staff available to work with you to see if we can find anything else that might be of interest to you instead. If we can help you, please do let me know. Hello Morgan, Thank you for your recent purchase. We are glad we were able to exchange vehicles for you since you were not initially happy with the LEAF and got the Rogue instead. It sounds like you enjoyed working with your salesperson. We are disappointed, however, that you are now not satisfied with your overall purchase experience. We are sorry you feel this way. You brought up the other Nissan store in town. We have the same owner and do things similarly. We aren’t sure where you got the $4K mark-up information from since that doesn’t relate to your situation. The Rogue cost more than the LEAF, so based on price and your pre-approval information, that determined what was offered to you by our finance department. It is not an accurate statement about only giving a certain interest rate if warranties are purchased. It seems there is some confusion about the details of your purchase agreement that we would like to clear up if you would like to speak with someone about that. Please let us know if we can help you. No I wanted to exchange for a new leaf or a new Rogue but was told there is $4k in add ons for new vehicles and where I got that from was the sales person. And I was told by finance that he would give me a lower rate by 1.25% if I purchased warranties, I'm sorry you guys aren't happy with the review but there are dealers that don't mark up vehicles and there are some that do and when the dust settles customers will remember the ones that did participate in additional mark ups.
