I was searching for a specific car with a specific trim package and could not find one in Arizona, where I live. I found the car at Woodmen's through their web page. I started with an online chat and then package and could not find one in Arizona, where I live. I found the car at Woodmen's through their web page. I started with an online chat and then received a call from Hugh. Within an hour, I had reserved the car with a deposit and was approved for financing. I flew to Colorado Springs 2 days later and was picked up at the airport by Hugh and driven to the dealership. All the paperwork was done and ready for signature and the car was ready to go. I was out and on the road within an hour. I've never had such an easy car purchase before and highly recommend Hugh and Woodmen Nissan. More

I bought a new nissan kicks new and had the coating done every 6 months this time I noticed it was not smooth took it to woodmen nissan and the manager from the service department kept finding excuse every 6 months this time I noticed it was not smooth took it to woodmen nissan and the manager from the service department kept finding excuses that it was the wax which I don't use except now only on the hood to see if it smooths out it did not then Jason the manager said it could be the paint I said it was not there before the he said he could have it buffed out but it won't make a difference and you have to leave the car all day and you have to take a bus home I said no problem my son will pick me up and he said that is all I'm doing and after this don't come back and I said if I have a problem I'll be back and he said I won't let you so I left the car 2 hrs later the called and the car was smooth said it was the wax I only used it on the hood . Not good costumer service from the service manager Jason and to take the bus home where they have a curiosity shuttle . And not to come back bad customer service. More

I was able to see the vehicle online first and get an idea of if I wanted it, then with a quick email I got to g to communicate with and to navigate.
