Poor customer service, xxxx poor response times. I had some issues with Winslow BMW, however Jason Russel did his best to straighten the issues out and I appreciate all he did to help. He is an asset I had some issues with Winslow BMW, however Jason Russel did his best to straighten the issues out and I appreciate all he did to help. He is an asset to their team and I feel that I can contact him and know that he will help as much as he can. I was able to purchase the extended service plan and complete the service that was recommended. I will be servicing our BMW with Winslow and will have no issues knowing that they will work with their customers, which is what I believe both the customer and the dealership want, no issues. They all take time to hear your needs and then they deliver far and above your expectations. Grayson Richey and the rest of the sales staff at Winslow BMW are the best in the biz. I personally have worked with Grayson for many years and I have bought several cars from him. Grayson is highly knowledgeable with the entire BMW lineup and is very proficient with the pre-owned car market and can help you find the perfect previously owned vehicle too. The finance department is awesome Jim Carlson does a great job getting you a great interest rate or any other things you may need like warranties and paint protection. Jim is extremely fast with the paperwork. My recent purchase took me approximately one hour. That includes test drive and finance. I can't say enough great things about the team at Winslow BMW. Thank you for putting mine and everyone else's dreams in driveways. More
Love my adviser Bryce he’s amazing he always looks out for my best interest when it comes to my 2015 X1! Bryce is always hands on with me explaining what is actually going on with my car!!!!! I would not for my best interest when it comes to my 2015 X1! Bryce is always hands on with me explaining what is actually going on with my car!!!!! I would not recommend Eddie because he’s so rude to me when i brought my car in before I went to my current advisor Bryce. Eddie wouldn’t explain what was going on with my car and gave me nasty looks like I shouldn’t have own my X1 and now I would definitely recommend Bryce if you are going to own a BMW. More

X3 - not too big and not too small After our SUV (not a BMW) was totaled in an accident we went looking for a car we could enjoy and own for years to come. This search lead us to Winsl After our SUV (not a BMW) was totaled in an accident we went looking for a car we could enjoy and own for years to come. This search lead us to Winslow BMW where Andrew did a great job of showing us the all the BMW options available on their lot. After a number of test drives a 2017 X3 turned out to be the best car for us - not too big and not too small. The 2017 X3 was in like new condition with only 20k miles. We've been driving the car for just over a month now and enjoy it just as much as when we bought it. Next time we are in the market for a car our first stop will be to see Andrew at Winslow BMW. More

I would have paid for this service- but there is no charge. It was instructive and useful and balanced well between giving me details vs. general easily understandable information. I strongly recommend this Encore service to all new purchasers at Winslow BMW. More
Drive to Denver I am reviewing the Service Dept. We had a BMW years ago when we first moved to the Springs and we sold it and one (not the number 1 but still a reaso I am reviewing the Service Dept. We had a BMW years ago when we first moved to the Springs and we sold it and one (not the number 1 but still a reason) was how bad the service dept treats customers. I can say these guys are consistent. Having gone to Ford, Mazda, VW, and Subaru Service departments, no one treats their customers like more than the folks at Winslow. How many times do I never get a call? How many times am I told to drop off the car first thing in the morning and at 2:30PM its still not ready? How often do they ask "Do you want a car wash?" Have they ever actually done one? No. My last visit they had me wait at 6PM in the waiting area for an hour while they washed the car and come to find out, it was parked next to the building and no one had any idea they should wash it. Sad the best car out there has the worst dealer. Makes a part of me want to sell. But now that warranty is expiring, we'll definitely go to a repair shop that can communicate with and cares about customers. More
