Overall, our experience at Winslow BMW was very good (4.5 stars). Grayson was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while we asked about the used car we were interested in buying. While we scrutinized the car inside and out, he kept far enough away that we could talk quietly without him hearing, but close enough that we could have him answer a question when needed. He found answers to all our questions, and if we return to Winslow for another car we’ll definitely go to him first. We had two frustrations– after agreeing on the car’s price (which we bought) and having all the paperwork readied, we discovered there was only one key fob. We were quite disappointed that Winslow offered no compensation but merely provided the contact information for someone who could cut a second key at cost. Second, while Grayson wore his mask correctly at all times (both inside the dealership and when we were outside), we were very surprised to see two of four salesmen not wearing masks while they held a meeting inside a glassed in office. Despite those two issues, we were very happy with our car-buying experience with Grayson and Winslow BMW. More
We purchased a 2016 used BMW X5 from Winslow about a year and a half ago and was happy with our purchase at the time. Yesterday while driving down the highway, they moon roof exploded with a gapping hole an and a half ago and was happy with our purchase at the time. Yesterday while driving down the highway, they moon roof exploded with a gapping hole and glass everywhere. I had my 20 month old in the car and I am currently pregnant. I scared me to death to think about if I did not have the cover on and the glass getting all over us. This def did not make me feel safe driving the car. I looked online and there are MANY websites that talk about how the X5 from year 2012 -2018 have had issues with the moon roof just randomly exploding. Took the car in to the dealership and of course right away they starting with the statements that it was a rock that did it. I have owned many cars throughout my life and have never had this issue. I called the sales manager, as I wanted to explain to him that I now do not feel safe in this car with soon to be two kids under two and would like to look at getting a different car. We went in, told them the cars we would like to test drive and drove them. We picked out one, now we were not looking for. A free car, but considering the circumstances and the safety problem, thought they would work with us. They came back with an offer on the car that was ess than Kelly Blue Book and sticker pice on the car they already knew was over priced according to TrueCar and said that was the best they could do. Then they said that the damage to the car could not be filed with the warranty with BMW and we had to file through our insurance company because they could NOT prove it was NOT a rock that did it. I was like if a rock can destroy your moon roofs like that then I def do not feel safe in them. Needless to say I walked out and I WILL NOT purchase a car with them. I am forced to drive a car that I feel is not safe that they verified. As soon as we are able to get out of the car, I will sell and go to Denver to purchase a car. I bought the BMW for safely for the family, especially the kids and that is now ruined for me. More

I had my X5 serviced for an oil change and software upgrade and Jason was super helpful as usual. He worked with the team to make sure that I get the required upgrade for the missing SW features in t upgrade and Jason was super helpful as usual. He worked with the team to make sure that I get the required upgrade for the missing SW features in the car and explained everything that’ll done. David was equally helpful and made my transportation from the shop to home very comfortable. The service car (X5 F15) is clean. He even made sure that a friend working at Winslow come out to see me. While waiting to get my car back another SA (didn’t get his name) checked on me and made sure that I’m being served. The planned work was completed on time with a report sent out through email (my preferred method). More
