I’m at wits end with these guys… Our 2012 BMW X3 came up for service and had a brake sensor light, an adaptive headlight error, an antifreeze leak and needed an oil change. We schedule an appointment an for service and had a brake sensor light, an adaptive headlight error, an antifreeze leak and needed an oil change. We schedule an appointment and then went in with Bryce to discuss all the things wrong. They had the car for a couple weeks and it cost us around $2500 for service. I didn’t have issue with the price as long as it was fixed. Immediately on getting it back we noticed it was dripping oil in the driveway And emailed them… That’s something it never did before. A day or so later water pump went out (A little suspect considering they just changed the coolant tank). We brought it back again and they installed a new pump charging us another large bill. Got the car back still leaking oil. A few days later the parking brake stopped working (they just changed the brake sensors) and the adaptive headlight error came back up. We brought it back in again. Turns out something was unplugged on the parking brake and the adaptive headlight they’d repaired had the back of it fall off. They came up with $14,000 worth of extras the car needed (But only after I questioned them trying to charge me for the things they had already fixed) We had to initiate communication with them for the most part to find out what was going on with the car and were told an email and text was sent, neither of which we received. I went in and had a conversation saying they just needed to fix what they didn’t fix before. First they said the oil pan was leaking then they said the valve cover was leaking now I’m not sure which one it is but neither had done it before. I suspect they pulled the oil plug out with an impact gun and caused the leak. When we picked it up, the switch for the parking brake was cracked… I’m pretty sure the oil leak isn’t fixed either. At this point I’m going to file a BBB claim on what we’ve paid and ask for it back and take it somewhere where they can actually fix it More
Honestly, this is the first time a dealership has ever made us feel so comfortable with our purchase. Drew was awesome from the time we came just to look. Jacob is the man and is on point !!! He’s definitely a great asset to your team! Jim was great as well. I love how he had everything ready for us , explained in detail and if we had questions. We were in and out! Not like other dealerships your there literally hours! Is maybe 20 mins. Thank you for having these great guys on your team!!! More
Won’t go back. My brake light came on so I stopped by to make an appointment. Several reps were sitting alone at desks or visiting with each other but no one greet My brake light came on so I stopped by to make an appointment. Several reps were sitting alone at desks or visiting with each other but no one greeted me, said hello, or asked if they could help for about ten minutes. I finally spoke with one rep who set up an appointment nine days later to have my brake pads replaced. Same deal when I brought the car back for the appointment- no greeting, no welcome, no recognition. When I finally spoke with a rep, he had no idea why I was there so we went over the job again. When I asked how much it would cost, he replied, “not real sure, about $700 or $800”. No offer to call me following an inspection, no assurances about final price, etc. When I said the going rate was about $450 he replied, “well, that’s what we charge.” I left without having anything done, went to a reputable repair shop, had an excellent experience with helpful personnel, was quoted an exact price ($496) and had new brakes three hours later without an appointment. Winslow Service Reps need basic technical skills, people skills, and hospitality training. Winslow has totally lost my confidence and I will never go back. More
Made an appointment for 1 new tire after blowout. Confirmed correct tire on phone. BMW then installed the WRONG non-RF tire, when I had previously CONFIRMED they had ordered a RF tire. Service Advisor Michael apologized and told me they would take care of this. Now, they are demanding I pay for the whole tire that was supposed to have been installed in the first place. I was lied to about BMW installing the correct tire, and I was lied to by Michael when he apologized and told me it would be taken care of. Do not go here. Drive to Denver instead. More
