Great Buying Experience I was recommended to the BMW brand and this dealership, specifically Bob, by a friend who has a 428i and has graciously let us drive it many times. I had done my research and decided to purchase a 320i after test driving the model I had reviewed at their website. Bob is extremely knowledgeable on the brand and answered all our questions on the test ride. I was ready and said "start the paperwork"......or I thought I was ready. Had to go back home and on the way, my wife asked if I had seen the 228i convertible. Not being much of a convertible guy, I was not interested, but when I got home, my mind said look up the 228i. Well, not only did they have the convertible, but a coupe. I was impressed and felt I have to see the coupe or I will wonder if I missed out on something. In a nutshell, I decided to go with the 228i (i call it the 428i's little sister) after Bob took me for a test drive. It is SO fun to drive! Bob, Neil and Jim were very patient with me and changed the paperwork. I am very happy (and so is the wife). When your ready to look and/or buy, go see Bob! More

Winslow had Bob Evans come over and program my key for my Z4 free of charge in just a few minutesand confirmed a follow on appointment with Winslow for day after tomorrow for some follow-on maintenance. Great experience and will always use Winslow from now on, big dealerships in Denver; you can keep them. Winslow is the best in the region! More

Winslow made it easy to buy a car. I first looked online for the used car inventory and I was pleased with the wide range of used BMW's they had. After a couple of minutes of discussion I first looked online for the used car inventory and I was pleased with the wide range of used BMW's they had. After a couple of minutes of discussion about price, we had a deal. When the salesman and I went back over the car, I pointed out that one of the cup holders wouldn't work and the windshield had a small crack in the passenger side. They didn't blink an eye and said they'd take care of it. Any question I had about the car that came up later was answered and I felt like I was really taken care of for the first time. Mind you I'm 46 and I've purchased plenty of cars since I was sixteen, I'd recommend Winslow to my family. More

Scam Artist, Cost me $5 to repair what they wanted $6000 for I brought my BMW in to get a service code checked to see why my car was experiencing loss of power while being driven. I advised the service tech that I brought my BMW in to get a service code checked to see why my car was experiencing loss of power while being driven. I advised the service tech that the code would only show when the car was driven. Having spoke to BMW North America, I was advised it was probably my high pressure fuel pump, which was currently under recall. When I brought my car in, they proceeded to only plug in a code reader and pull up existing codes, despite my request for them to drive the car and then pull the codes. When they called I asked if they drove the car, the first response was no, then when I asked for a manager, they turned around and said they did drive it. I received a quote of over $6000 to replace my turbos, low pressure fuel pump, vacuum lines and THEN I could pay an additional $125 to retest to see if there were any other issues. I also was told I needed to do an oil change, which had been done less than 300 miles before and when I got under my car I noticed that my oil filter was loosened creating this "leak" they claimed. Retighten, no issue. I had to pay $138 for a false report and went home to purchase my own code reader. I gave them a poor review on the website and what do you know, they removed it. I spent less than 15 minutes under the hood and using my code reader was able to find the issue. A small tear in 1 vacuum line, went to Advanced Auto and spent $5 to get the replacement line, which $5 left me with extra! I spent $5 to repair ALL of the issues I was experiencing, yet they wanted to take $6000 from me!!! I will NEVER take my car back to their dealership and will advise anyone who is considering it, to take it elsewhere, they are a bunch of scam artists looking to take all they can get from hard working people like myself! If I could give 0 stars I would. More

Repairs on my 2004 X5 I love working with Winslow. I brought in my 10-year old BMW X5 and they treated my like it was brand new. They gave me a really nice loaner car. They did quality work and made sure that labor rates were shared between tasks where they overlapped - i.e. they saved me money! I just really appreciate the family atmosphere of Winslow. The employees seem like they enjoy working at Winslow and they treat each other with great respect. This makes a great environment. More
