Dear dcarpen, I am sorry you had a bad experience with our service department. Whenever you lose trust in someone or a business it is disheartening. I want to assure you that we work very hard to deliver exceptional service that you can believe in. After speaking to our Service Advisors and Technicians on your behalf we were unable to correlate your concern to an actual service order based upon review date. Thus we are speculating that we either did a poor job of communicating the diagnosis or made an honest mistake. Hello Angie123, I am sorry you had a bad experience here at the New Winslow BMW. Bad service is frustrating for us as well! I have spoken with our Service Department and believe the origin of your experience was a break down in our communication. It appears that we quoted you an hour to complete the service in which my Service Advisor was referring to a billable hour as apposed to a completion hour. This poor communication set a bad expectation we couldn't deliver on. We want to apologize to you for this poor communication and want you to know that we use these moments as teaching points to raise our overall level of service. We hope you will give us a second chance to deliver on our promise of service excellence.
