We have been impressed with the customer service provided by Jason in the service Department who has been thorough, professional and engaging when servicing our cars. Darren was extremely helpful and professional in helping us to find a new car to replace one we were giving to one of our sons. Bill was the consummate teacher in explaining the details in the new car and answered all our questions and also helped to get the navigation system up and running in our 2015 X5. Jim was thorough and complete in helping us navigate through the BMW financing process, expediting the way forward through BMW. Our experiences have been exceptional and I would eagerly recommend Winslow to my friends and colleagues who are looking for a BMW or in need of service. More

Worst customer service Tried calling Genevieve 3 different times. Finally just asked to speak to any sales rep. Greyson was the " sales rep" I worked with. I explained to hi Tried calling Genevieve 3 different times. Finally just asked to speak to any sales rep. Greyson was the " sales rep" I worked with. I explained to him that I wanted 13k for my car no less. I didn't want to waste anyone's time with games so I asked that he assure me of that. I've calls me and says he met my request, i show up and the offer me 10k! 4K less then the blue book value. I tell him no and walk out. 2 days later Genevieve calls me and says she can help and that she was out sick. A) why is a dealership making one person a single point of failure? If you're sick shouldn't someone else return your calls? 2) when she does say she can help I wait 2 more days and ask her what's going on? She says " oh didn't Greyson tell you?!? " Really bad customer service. I shouldn't have to be calling the dealership to buy a car. They should be more efficient and not waste people's time. Lazy workers= poor customer service. More

After the purcha We worked with Charles White to purchase an M2 from out of town (we live in Utah). The transaction was quick, simple, and painless. After the purchase I started taping the front end of my car to protect it on the drive home, and Charles and the GM came out to help me; going so far as to take the plastic wrapping off another car to put it onto mine. That is going the extra mile. I'd certainly recommend Winslow to anyone, great people, and a great experience. More

I told them what I wanted and they worked efficiently to get it, even when it meant ordering the vehicle. They gave me updates to the status of my order which helped me plan for a pick up time. After receiving the vehicle they were very helpful in showing me the systems and features the vehicle came with. More
Horrible experience sad one person can wreck it!!! If I could give a zero I would. I went there yesterday to find out about BMW, as I own a Mercedes Benz now. I was looking to upgrade. From the min I If I could give a zero I would. I went there yesterday to find out about BMW, as I own a Mercedes Benz now. I was looking to upgrade. From the min I walked in I felt profiled. Maybe he did not think I could afford a BMW. Was walking the lot with my two friends and he went to walk by us not really wanting to speak to us, at least that's how he made us feel. Then he approached us and was quick to tell me that didn't really have any used BMW's on the lot and def not the one I had in mind. He seemed as I was an inconvenience to him being very quick and almost arrogant. I proceeded to find a used Benz around the price I wanted to pay, he went to get the keys and when he returned I mentioned how the paint seemed a little rough, as thou the car had swirl marks from buffing or car washes. I didn't even finish my sentence before he said " it's fine". I then politely told him directly and honestly how he made me feel. He did apologize but by then I was ready to leave and take my business else where. I did leave there and went to another dealership which I bought the BMW I wanted from Gmc Ferguson!!! Second car I bought from them and it was an amazing experience. I guess the most disappointing of all is I would of expected him to say "I don't have the car your looking for but let me show you what we do have"!!! More

If buying used, have the car checked by your own mechanic I bought a 2008 BMW 1 series convertible, used. Two years later, with 1800 miles traveled, after an oil change I am told it needs rear brakes. Check I bought a 2008 BMW 1 series convertible, used. Two years later, with 1800 miles traveled, after an oil change I am told it needs rear brakes. Checking all paperwork since I had purchased it, the amount of rear brakes was no different than when I bought it. This leads me to believe that the car needed brakes when they sold it to me and just passed off the maintenance to me when they sold the car. I have since sold both of my BMW's and would not buy another from Winslow. More
