Exceeded Expectations! Buying a new car had always been a very stressful experience for me. On Wednesday October 21, that all change when I went to Windward Hyundai. From the moment my wife and I arrived on the lot we were shown the kind of customer service one would expect from a cruise ship not an auto dealership. It started with Jay who catered to all our needs. He showed a lot of patience as we weren't sure as to what kind of vehicle we wanted. He was persistent though never "pushy" in trying to help us find the right car for us. Then Gabe made sure that we were well taken care of. We finally narrowed our choices to two different vehicles and we met with Rachel. She was very helpful. She crunched numbers for us and the finance department submitted our application and they gave us options. I have dealt with other dealers who have come back to me with "this is what we can do for you" and it was a single option. Rachel presented different options. We then road tested a vehicle that we liked and fit with the budget we had in mind. We had preferred another model that we really liked but it was a little out of our budget. However, Rachel informed us of an incredible dealer rebate incentive that put this preferred model right within our budget range as far as our monthly payment was concerned. We were both extremely happy with this offer and took it. Although I'm quite sure we would have been satisfied with the original model, we were now ecstatic to be able to get this preferred model. I have no doubt that we were able to get the approved financing due to the tireless efforts of the entire finance department and the persistence of Rachel. I should also mention that throughout the process we were informed of what was happening as it was happening. We were not left wondering what was going on. We were even introduced to members of the service department. Next we met with Donald the finance manager. Donald, as was the case throughout, provided us with detailed explanations of the maintenance package offers. In the end, we believe, we made the right choice that fits our needs. They prep'd the car for us which included a full tank of gas and we left feeling like all of our expectations had been vastly exceeded. The very next day I received a call from Christina of Windward Hyundai who was just checking our satisfaction level of our purchase or to see if we had any questions, and she offered her phone number just in case we had future questions. Now that's what I call follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Sorry about the long comment here but I do believe that recognition should be given when it is earned and I believe they earned it. And I didn't get the feeling that they were just doing their jobs, it seemed that they genuinely cared about us as people not just customers and it showed. I also should recognized Hyundai itself for offering a tremendous rebate program. I really didn't mean to write a whole commercial for them and just wanted praise the employees. If I wanted to do a commercial, I'd mention the free car washes and free tire replacement. More

This is the first dealership where I actually purchased my first car and because of the hardwork of Kealii, Vince, and Johnny Sparks, I walked out with a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. I never thought it would've been possible for someone like me with average credit being a server and college student to get the blessing to buy a brand new car. I would like to thank them for their hard work and professionalism with me and my friends that came with me throughout this process at Hyundai. It took a while for me to get the car I wanted for the price I hoped for, and its all because of these workers. The countless hours spent, especially Kealii working with different banks to help get me approved for was just amazing. They truly cared and made me feel more than just a customer, but also a little sister type relationship. Mahalo! More
