I brought my Hyundai Genesis in for an oil change for the first time yesterday to the Windward Hyundai service center. I didn't know what to expect. I was surprised that the oil change was fast and simple with only a short wait (my car was the first in line as I got there the earliest). The staff was friendly and efficient in getting my car taken care of swiftly and thoroughly. I liked how the oil change department was separate from the more time consuming car services, such as repairs or complete car inspections. (At my previous car brands service center, it was all lumped together and I could wait a couple hours or more just for a simple oil change). And I was happy to see that the prices were quite reasonable. (I was skeptical before bringing my Hyundai Genesis in this first time on what the rates would be). However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the prices were very competitive with superior service. So therefore, I gave the Windward Hyundai service center 5s across the board for customer service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience and price because they surpassed my expectations in all these areas. Great job Windward Hyundai service center! Keep up the great work. More

The service clerk was very informative. I knew exactly what services I needed and was receiving and how much it would cost me. She also explained in detail what to expect later for follow up service, putt what services I needed and was receiving and how much it would cost me. She also explained in detail what to expect later for follow up service, putting me on a maintenance plan. I like that I don't have to think about it. All I have to do is follow the plan they set out for me. Would I recommend the dealership?. . .yes, and I have. I recommended my Aunt. She ended up purchasing a car as well. More
I bought a new 2013 elantra and only noticed damage to a piece of interior trim when i got home . the piece was not covered under warranty but Mike went straight to his supervisor who gave the ok to have it piece of interior trim when i got home . the piece was not covered under warranty but Mike went straight to his supervisor who gave the ok to have it repaired at no cost to me . Now that's what I call customer satisfaction . Way to go Windward hyundai!!! More
Friendly and helpful staff. Service was as promised. The staff always makes me feel welcome. There are places one visits where the staff acts like they are doing you a favor. This isn't one of them. I was met at my car as soon as I drove up. Very friendly staff. I love the service of the free car wash! Also the separate lane for oil changes, etc.. I was waited on before I could even roll my window down! That's pretty fast. Then the girl walked me over to your new customer waiting room, which is a very spacious and comfortable room.
